The UN Plan for Global Migration and The emerging New World Order

January 2011

Regionalism & Elitist Conspiracies: "'In order to bring about a North American Union (NAU), the public first has to be conditioned to think of themselves as North Americans.' [Zbigniew Brzezinski]

"At Mikhail Gorbachev's first State of the World Forum in 1995, Brzezinski revealed: 'We cannot leap into world government through one quick step....The precondition for eventual and genuine globalization is progressive regionalization because by that we move toward larger, more stable, more cooperative units." See Henry Kissinger

Obama's plan to admit Mexican trucks: "Mexican trucks are known to be overweight and lacking in safety regulations we consider essential, such as anti-lock brakes....The concept document says it will 'conduct an English Language Proficiency' test of each Mexican driver, but it doesn't say the Mexican drivers must speak English or pass the test.

"Trade is supposed to be a two-way street, but U.S. drivers don't want to drive into northern Mexico, the most dangerous area in the world, because of the ongoing war between drug cartels." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Obama, Napolitano cancel virtual fence project at US-Mexico border: "Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano's office announced that the Obama administration canceled the 'Virtual Fence' project along the U.S.-Mexico border....The security project is grossly over budget because Secretary Janet Napolitano's agency hasn’t adequately managed the contractor doing the work.... As a result, hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars will be wasted and the porous southern border will continue to be vulnerable despite the Obama Administration’s assurances that it’s as secure as it’s ever been."

U.S.-Mexico border vanishes under Obama agency program : "Instead of a representation of the United States, the cards issued by the agency under Barack Obama's leadership carry a logo that depicts North America as a continent, without borders to identify the United States. ...on the CBP website that instructs applicants how to obtain a Trusted Traveler of North America biometric card, a generic sample of the card is presented, complete with the logo of North America in the upper right hand corner."

December 2010

Is this our America anymore? "Buried in the Oct. 30 Washington Post was a bland headline: 'Report Points to Faster Recovery in Jobs for Immigrants.' The story, however, contained social dynamite that explains the rage of Americans who are smeared as nativists and xenophobes for demanding a timeout on immigration....

"From 2008 and 2009, the figures are startling. In 24 months, 2.4 million immigrants, legal and illegal, arrived, as U.S. citizens were losing 8.6 million jobs. ... Why are we importing a million-plus workers a year when 17 million Americans can't find work? ...Ought we not take care of our own jobless first before we invite in strangers to take their jobs? ....each year between 300,000 and 400,000 'anchor babies' are born to illegal aliens. These newborns are entitled to citizenship, free health care and education, welfare and food stamps."

Obama quietly erasing borders Dem administration advancing 'North American Union' agenda: "Acting quietly, below the radar of U.S. public opinion and without congressional approval, the Obama administration is implementing a key policy objective of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, to erase the border with Mexico and Canada. The administration is acting under a State Department-declared policy initiative described in a March 23 fact sheet titled 'United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision.'...The two documents strongly suggest the Obama administration is pursuing a stealth bureaucratic methodology to establish a common North American border... while simultaneously moving to erase the borders between the U.S. and Mexico as well as between the U.S. and Canada." See The North American Union & the larger plan

Look who's now getting special travel privileges: "In a further indication that the 'North American Union' agenda is quietly proceeding under what remains of the Security and Prosperity Partnership initiative in the Obama administration, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano signed, with little fanfare, an agreement in Mexico that would extend special 'trusted traveler' access to the U.S. to an estimated 84 million Mexicans....

"The Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, was announced by President George W. Bush, together with then-Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin at a press conference at the end of their trilateral summit meeting in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005, without any U.S. congressional approval as a treaty or international agreement. ....Under the SPP, the U.S., Mexico and Canada organized some 20 different "shadow government" bureaucratic working groups composed of agency heads and undersecretaries in the three nations." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Texas will fight back: "Embroiled in an ongoing clash between rival drug cartels, the region of Mexico directly across the border from Texas has become one of the most dangerous places in the world, with more than 28,000 people killed since 2006, a death toll more reflective of a war zone than a nation ostensibly at peace."

Video: European Union: Nigel Farage exposes the deceptions, failures and hollow strengths of the European Union. See The 'New European Soviet'

Open-borders radicalism means never having to apologize for absurd self-contradiction: "The way illegal alien students on college campuses across the country tell it, America is a cruel, selfish and racist nation that has never given them or their families a break. ... And despite their gripes about being forced 'into the shadows,' they've been out in the open protesting at media-driven hunger strikes and flooding the airwaves demanding passage of the so-called DREAM Act."

November 2010

Sarkozy plans crackdown on illegal immigration: "The French government introduced tough new immigration legislation Tuesday that would make it easier to expel illegal residents and strip recently naturalized citizens of their French passports.... Sarkozy's campaign, denounced as demagoguery by his opponents, reflects swelling concern in Western European countries over large numbers of immigrants pouring in to seek work, political freedom and generous social services." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

The shocking powers of prosecution the EU has over all of us [UK]: "These include:  - An 800-strong paramilitary police force called the European Gendarmerie Force.  - The European Arrest Warrant, which now allows British citizens to be seized in the UK and sent without appeal to foreign jails for months or years without bail while awaiting trial."  See Reinventing the World: Managing the Masses through Global Standards

A horrible truth dawns on Europe's leaders: "EU President Herman Van Rompuy... warned that if Europe’s leaders mishandle the current crisis and allow the eurozone to break up, they will destroy the European Union itself. 'We’re in a survival crisis. We all have to work together in order to survive with the euro zone, because if we don’t survive with the euro zone we will not survive with the European Union.'" See The New European Soviet

CA Court: lllegals to get in-state tuition: "The California Supreme Court decided unanimously Monday that illegal immigrants may continue to be eligible for in-state tuition rates at the state's colleges and universities rather than pay the higher rates charged to those who live out of state." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

October 2010

Tribalism returns to Europe: "At Potsdam, Germany, this weekend, Chancellor Angela Merkel told the young conservatives of her Christian Democratic Union that Germany's attempt to create a multicultural society where people "live side by side and enjoy each other" has 'failed, utterly failed.'...'Multikulti is dead,' says Horst Seehofer of Merkel's sister party... Turks and other Muslims are not learning the language, he contends, not assimilating, not becoming Germans.... Old Europe is dying."

Rupert Murdoch Calls for Amnesty for 'Law-Abiding' Illegal Immigrants: "News Corporation CEO Rupert Murdoch said he supports amnesty for 'law abiding' illegal immigrants because as legal residents they can help the nation’s economy by adding to 'our tax base.' He also said he supports securing the border to prevent more illegal immigrants from entering the United States."

August 2010

Sarkozy plans crackdown on illegal immigration: "The French government introduced tough new immigration legislation Tuesday that would make it easier to expel illegal residents and strip recently naturalized citizens of their French passports." See video: Islamization of Paris

Feds moving to dismiss some deportation cases Critics assail the plan as a bid to create a kind of backdoor 'amnesty': "The Department of Homeland Security is systematically reviewing thousands of pending immigration cases and moving to dismiss those filed against suspected illegal immigrants who have no serious criminal records, according to several sources familiar with the efforts."

The real solution to anchor-baby boom: "...340,000 anchor babies were born in 2009 and constitute 8 percent of all live births nationally. We have over 4,000,000 anchor babies under the age of 18....

"Birthright citizenship is not allowed in Mexico, or in South Africa, France, Germany, Japan or China. In fact, it is allowed almost nowhere except the United States. Yet, Americans are told that ending this practice would be 'racist.'"

Immigration enforcement on ICE: "This vote comes on the heels of an 11-page memo from the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services detailing the 'Administrative alternatives to comprehensive immigration reform' that would result in reducing the 'threat of removal' for thousands of 'individuals present in the United States without authorization.' The memo revealed the extraordinary and unprecedented lengths to which the Obama administration is going in order to protect millions of people who are in violation of federal law."

Across Texas, 60,000 babies of noncitizens get U.S. birthright: "Last year at Parkland [Memorial Hospital], 11,071 babies were born to women who were noncitizens, about 74 percent of total deliveries. Most of these women are believed to be in the country illegally." See Purging the Memory of Our Christian Roots

Look where illegals are infiltrating now: "Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is warning that illegal aliens may have gained access to a U.S. Army installation in Arizona that also serves as the nation's largest military intelligence-training center."

Arizona, Borderlands and U.S.-Mexican Relations: "Mexicans are not seen in the traditional context of immigration to the United States. ...some see them as extending their homeland into the United States, rather than as leaving their homeland and coming to the United States. Moreover, by treating illegal immigration as an acceptable mode of immigration, a sense of helplessness is created, a feeling that the prior order of society was being profoundly and illegally changed. And finally, when those who express these concerns are demonized, they become radicalized. The tension between Washington and Arizona — between those who benefit from the migration and those who don’t — and the tension between Mexican-Americans who are legal residents and citizens of the United States and support illegal immigration and non-Mexicans who oppose illegal immigration creates a potentially explosive situation."

Stopped by a Sheriff's Deputy: "I was stopped by a policeman (a sheriff’s deputy, to be precise) who informed me that the little lights that illuminate my license plate were out. The officer didn’t give me a ticket, but he did take my driver’s license back to his car and run a check on me, to see if I had an arrest record. I don’t, so he let me go with a warning to get those lights fixed....

But, if a police officer can run a background check on me, an American citizen, what on earth is wrong with a police officer running a background check on somebody who is stopped (for whatever reason) to verify legal residence? After all, that was the essence of Arizona’s SB 1070. Why is it OK to demand ID and run a background check on an American citizen, but it’s a horrible injustice to demand ID and run a background check on an illegal alien?"

July 2010

The Radicalism of the Anti-Arizona Suit: "To make the case that the Arizona immigration law conflicts with, and therefore is preempted by, federal law, the Justice Department has to make an extraordinary claim — that the federal laws as written don’t matter so much." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Justice: Sanctuary cities safe from law Arizona's policy 'actually interferes': "A week after suing Arizona and arguing that the state's immigration law creates a patchwork of rules, the Obama administration said it will not go after so-called sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with the federal government on immigration enforcement, on the grounds that they are not as bad as a state that 'actively interferes.'..."'he White House is just plain wrong on the premise since the Arizona law mirrors federal law -- it does not 'interfere' with it.'"

Philly Mayor Wants to Block Immigration Officials Full Access to Arrest Records: "[Mayor] Nutter says the program discourages illegal immigrants from reporting crimes out of fear that they will be deported – a notion ICE disputes, saying it is only looking to deport violent criminals."

Human Trafficking in America: "Human trafficking of women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation is now involving the illegal drug cartels. Why? It is the biggest money maker next to illegal rugs. ...young girls coming across the border are lured into pornography. It is a big and growing problem." See Global Migration

U.S. 'sanctuary city' succumbs to illegals: "[Mexican flag flies at Maywood, Calif., post office] A California 'sanctuary city' has fallen victim to illegal immigration – going bankrupt and firing all of its public employees....More aggressive even than sanctuary laws, this new resolution prohibited Mayfield police from being involved in any immigration enforcement actions undertaken by federal, state or county authorities."

June 2010

Mexico Joins Suit Against Arizona's Immigration Law: "Mexico on Tuesday asked a federal court in Arizona to declare the state's new immigration law unconstitutional.... Until recently, Mexican law made illegal immigration a criminal offense....'"

Obama Told Me He's Not Securing Border on Purpose: "President Obama is refusing to secure the border until Congress reaches a breakthrough on comprehensive immigration reform, Arizona Sen. Jon Kyl said at a recent town hall meeting."

Securing the Nation by Destroying It: [From speech by Brigadier General Robert J. Felderman, Deputy Director of Plans, Policy and Strategy, United States Northern Command, at Border Management Conference, 5-25-10] "We're working with Homeland Security and the government of Mexico and they're like agencies.... We developed a strategic guidance statement - The Partnership for the 21st Century - U.S. Southwest Border Security ...it brought together a unified approach to improve border security and support the government of Mexico.'
"'...we're defending the homeland...North America is a little bit more than [America]. It is our partners who came to that in Mexico, in the Bahamas in Central America and South America.... We're the one entity - the Department of Homeland Security and those agencies that are able to bring out those continental security goals...'

And now our 'homeland' isn't just the U.S. -- it is the entire hemisphere. We are going to secure the nation by destroying it." See The emerging New World Order

Club Fed for Illegals: "Thanks to their international 'human rights' advocates, Gitmo detainees receive art therapy, movie nights and video games at their U.S. taxpayer-funded camp in Cuba..."

Mexico opens California office to provide ID for illegals: "The Mexican government is opening a satellite consular office on Catalina Island -- a small resort off the California coast with a history of drug smuggling and human trafficking -- to provide the island's illegal Mexican immigrants with identification cards.... Rohrabacher added, 'If there were a large number of Americans illegally in Mexico and the U.S. consulate was making it easier for them to stay, Mexico would never permit it.'"

Unemployment and the Immigration Glut: "With 10% unemployment, one would think that the government would consider lowering the number of green cards issued to foreign workers until Americans were back on their feet. Amazingly, recently released data from the Department of Homeland Security shows that we have actually increased immigration." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Western countries must welcome imigrants, Pope says: "He suggested that countries and international organisations cooperate 'in various ways'....The future of our societies rests on relations between peoples, seen as a 'dialogue between cultures that respects the identity of legitimate differences,' he said.

"...a solution to the problems posed by the influx of illegal migrants must be found through 'perseverance and persistency and with measures decided on an international level.'"

Senate kills amendments to enhance security, combat illegal immigration: "The Senate has rejected three amendments to an appropriations bill that would have increased funding for security at the U.S.-Mexico border.... Arizona border residents told Fox News this week that Obama's wavering immigration policy is only making things worse. 'Every time our president talks to the Mexican president, or every time the word amnesty comes over the Mexican news, there is a flood of people,' said one unnamed resident who feared retaliation. The residents said troops won't deter illegal aliens and drug smugglers. 'There's guys out here with no guns, and they're our troops,' she said. 'The Mexicans think we're nuts."'

May 2010

Obama's Border Breakdown: “'The Border Patrol catches about one-third (of illegal aliens) that come across, that is not border security, that is a joke,' Bonner said.... The administration has also proposed cuts for border agents to work overtime, Bonner said. 'Weekends and holidays are peak smuggling periods. And if we’re in the middle of a pursuit at the end of a shift, are we just supposed to stop?' Bonner asked.'America deserves and needs far better.' The numbers verify the decline in federal border involvement. In fiscal 2008, the last year of the Bush Administration, total criminal arrests during worksite enforcement efforts totaled 1,103. That’s compared to 410 arrests in 2009 and 85 arrests in the current fiscal year.... 'That’s precisely the reason Arizona had to do what it did,' said Ira Mehlman, spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). “The Obama Administration has gutted worksite enforcement efforts.'”

Racial Preference Over Profiling: "The word illegal means forbidden by law, so why the heat in Arizona over its crackdown on illegal immigration?... President Barack Obama recently made an explicit appeal for race-based support saying he wanted to, 'reconnect with young people, African-Americans, Latinos and women who powered our victory in 2008 to stand together once again.' Where’s inclusivity here?...

"America is becoming more racially divided and the Obama administration is deepening the wedge. Obama has called the new Arizona law 'misguided'... So let’s turn a blind eye to illegal immigration. Fling the doors wide open to illegal immigrants–not only in Mexico–but everywhere. Why discriminate and racially profile people. Just allow racial preference instead."

“Cuba Si!—Arizona No! “ Says Mexican President Felipe Calderon: "Mexican President Felipe Calderon can hardly contain his revulsion and rage against Arizona’s SB 1070. He’s 'deeply troubled' ...over a law he denounces as 'discriminatory and racist,' not to mention 'a dire threat to the whole Hispanic-American population.' This new Arizona law 'opens the door to intolerance, hate, discrimination and abuse in law enforcement,' sputters the Mexican President."

Strange, when Mexico's laws concerning illegal immigrant intrusion on their border is harsher. See How Mexico Treats Illegal Aliens

Gabriella Speaks: A wise legal immigrant gives excellent reasons to support Arizona's new law. Are her opponents -- including President Obama -- simply following the global blueprint? Please see this video and read the following article: See The Revolutionary Roots of the UN

April 2010

How Mexico Treats Illegal Aliens: "Mexican President Felipe Calderon has accused Arizona of opening the door 'to intolerance, hate, discrimination and abuse in law enforcement.' But Arizona has nothing on Mexico when it comes to cracking down on illegal aliens. While open-borders activists decry new enforcement measures signed into law in 'Nazi-zona' last week, they remain deaf, dumb or willfully blind to the unapologetically restrictionist policies of our neighbors to the south....

-- The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset 'the equilibrium of the national demographics.' How's that for racial and ethnic profiling?

-- If outsiders do not enhance the country's 'economic or national interests' or are 'not found to be physically or mentally healthy,' they are not welcome. Neither are those who show 'contempt against national sovereignty or security.' They must not be economic burdens on society and must have clean criminal histories. ..must show a birth certificate... and prove they can provide their own health care.

-- Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment. ...illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years' imprisonment.

-- Law enforcement officials at all levels -- by national mandate -- must cooperate to enforce immigration laws...

-- Mexico's National Catalog of Foreigners tracks all outside tourists and foreign nationals.... Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens."

The UN Plan for Global Migration: "America...has welcomed grateful immigrants from around the world into its system [including me]. Now, it faces something something new. The word immigration implies people moving across a national border into another country. In contrast, migration simply means people moving. No border! It supports the vision of a borderless global society, and it intentionally clashes with national sovereignty, laws and independence.

"Thomas Sowell summarizes some of its current problems: 'Under affirmative action, combined with amnesty, [illegals] would have preferences in jobs and other benefits....Their children would be able to get into college ahead of the children of American citizens with better academic qualifications.... [I]f an illegal alien gets stopped for going through a red light... in many communities the cop is forbidden to arrest him.... Under a provision recently passed by the Senate, illegal aliens who forged Social Security cards not only get a pass, they get to collect Social Security benefits...." This legalized lawlessness fuels the 'crisis' needed to persuade the masses to accept mass surveillance, universal data collection, and other intrusive strategies for worldwide control. And it gets worse...."

March 2010

President Obama Approves of Biometric National ID in Immigration Reform Proposal: "Tucked inside an immigration amnesty proposal... the measure will require all working Americans to obtain a biometric ID via a thumbprint retinal scan or other measure before being granted permission to earn a living."

New U.S. tourism: Anchor babies aweigh! "Medical tourism has taken a new twist, exploring opportunities for noncitizens to obtain 'birthright citizenship' for their babies by taking vacations to the United States with the chief goal of having them in U.S. hospitals."

Immigration plan will bury agency: "The federal government is not equipped to process the flood of applications from a proposed immigration legalization bill and the agency that would oversee that program won't be ready for 'a few years,' the office of the Homeland Security Department's inspector general told Congress on Tuesday.'....

"Mr. Obama, in a video message last weekend, told tens of thousands of immigrant rights supporters rallying on the Mall that he wants to try to get a bipartisan immigration bill passed this year that would legalize the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.... USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas said flatly that his agency will be prepared to handle that task...." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Obama looking to give new life to immigration reform: "Immigration is a delicate issue for the White House. After promising to revamp in his first year of office what many see as a fractured system, Obama risks angering a growing, politically potent Latino constituency if he defers the goal until 2011."

February 2010

Global Management System. Solana: "EU = laboratory of World Government": "Javier Solana has warned that Western values 'lost relevance'... In a multipolar world, in short, 'it is good to have more voices'... but it would be also 'very risky' without a body [EU?] able to bring them into agreement. 'We have global problems requiring global solutions, he said.

"According to Solana the EU can serve as a 'laboratory of a world government' as a model of organization based on the 'voluntary' transfer of sovereignty from its member countries. In his opinion, the EU is not only a result of 'political will' of its Member States but has become a 'necessity' for them.

"He also warned that the Greek citizens and their governments will face a plan to adjust its deficit 'very hard' but 'inevitable' to rescue its economy. ...but there could be 'no turning back'.... He stressed... the fulfillment of' the Stability Pact, which should re-meet 'around 2013."

Repeated: Regionalism.  Is Greece the test ground for...the New World Order? "It seems the new world order wants to make Greece a testing ground for their new laws... The fairly new Government of the socialist party... forgot all its promises, and is determined to pass laws giving citizenship to illegal immigrants after 5 years, without any trade-off. We are 10 million Greeks here, and almost 3 million mostly illegal immigrants, who will obtain Greek nationality....

"The previous government created a new ID card, to collect data from people since childbirth. This government will ban transactions in cash over 1500 euros, in order to make all of us have credit cards. The obvious first step is to ban all cash transactions, then merge this new ID card with the credit system.... I strongly believe it is a matter of time before most western nations see similar laws." See Reinventing the World

Obama’s Border Insecurity Budget: "...the Department of Homeland Security would receive $43.6 billion. That’s a 3 percent bump from this year’s discretionary funding....

"The administration proposes to increase the budgets of immigration status verification and criminal alien deportation.... The president’s budget otherwise backs off border security. If you think the federal government ought to control our borders and ensure that illegal immigration seldom occurs, then you’ll be disappointed.... Obama’s budget would actually reduce the size of the Border Patrol. ...the so-called 'virtual fence'budget is whacked substantially." See The UN plan for Global migration

January 2010

Regional Assemblies: [UK] "As Parliament’s existing powers over, e.g. education, health, transport, planning etc. are handed to the regions, it continues to weaken the authority and power of Parliament, already gravely weakened by the massive transfers of powers to Brussels.... The proposed Regional Assemblies, now operating as ‘shadow’ regional assemblies, already have strong links to Brussels.... If and when they become elected, E.U. Directives from Brussels will be enforced directly by these regional assemblies and their funds will be increasingly drawn from Brussels not Westminster."

The next two links deal with the UN plan for global integration through regional governance. The Americas -- like three other global regions -- are following a similar blueprint:

Regionalism.  Vaclav Klaus warns against the EU's Soviet tendencies: "The Brussels system, says Václav Klaus, is starting to resemble the old Soviet bloc. The Czech President is alarmed by the EU’s disdain for democracy, by its arbitrary application of its own rules, by its refusal to countenance criticism.... His comparison... isn’t with Stalin’s Russia, but with Husák’s Czechoslovakia. By the 1970s, the Communist regimes had lost their ideological motive and, with it, some of their brutality. They had become ramshackle, corrupt, petty. The people who ran them no longer believed – if ever they had believed – in Marxism-Leninism.

"...double-standard is part of daily life in Brussels. Euro-integrationists can get away with a great deal, even outright abuse of their expenses, without censure."

The next link show the progression of regionalism. Notice how the EU integrates the old nations by seeing traditional nations as sub-regions of the EU. The diverse regions must dialogue as part of the new integration.

Migration, Regionalism. The role of regions and local authorities in the civil protection sector: comparing experiences: "The East of England, Emilia-Romagna [Italy] and Hesse [Germany] regions are holding a conference entitled "For a culture of civil protection: the role of regions and local authorities at the Committee of the Regions" on 14 December 2009. The conference will stress the key role of regions and local authorities in civil protection, particularly as regards development and sharing of knowledge, information and good practice. In addition, the conference will launch an interregional dialogue at European level which will lead to the establishment of a network of European regions working to promote the culture of civil protection in the EU." See The European Union: A British View

December 2009

Migration & Regionalism.  Creating new regional boundaries in the Mediterranean and Gulf Regions: "In this article we will analyse how the EU constructs regions. We will be looking at how the Mediterranean and the Gulf in particular are represented as regions by the EU. The EU relationship with the Mediterranean is quite developed, but as to the Gulf there is still much to do.... The current trend in discourse incorporates the Gulf countries into a wider Middle East.... The focus, then, is on the relationship between discourse and boundaries, specifically on how European Union security discourse conceives regional boundaries in the Arab world...[For the European Union, the Arab world consists of: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, the Palestinian Authority, Iraq, Yemen and the six members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates]."

Regionalism & Global Management.  A dispatch from an occupied country: "Our prime minister, as a member of the European Council, is obligated under this new treaty to promote the aims and objectives of the European Union, over and above those of the UK.... We are 'occupied' by our own political élites, who owe their allegiance not to the people who elected them and pay their wages, but to a more powerful, self-appointed élite in Brussels.... No longer will we have general elections to select our own government. All that is afforded to us now is the 'privilege' of choosing an electoral college, comprised of people we still call Members of Parliament, who then go on to select the British member of the European Council, a man who is there not to represent us or serve our interests, but to participate in our supreme government..... We are a satellite state of the Greater European Empire, ruled by a supreme government in Brussels." See The New European Soviet

Europe's Looming Demise: "The passage of the Lisbon Treaty, hailed by President Obama, nailed the coffin shut on national sovereignty in Europe. The people of Europe fought it, but were overwhelmed by their political elites.... Come Jan. 1, 2010, a disastrous and suicidal pact called the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership (Europe/Mediterranean) goes into effect with little fanfare or examination. It boggles the mind that such a consequential and seismic cultural shift could be mandated and put into play without so much as a murmur from the mainstream media....

"The goal of the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation is to create a new Greater European Union encompassing both Europe and North Africa, with the Mediterranean Sea becoming a domestic Eurabian sea. The goal is to establish a 'comprehensive political partnership,' including a 'free trade area and economic integration'... and 'cultural partnership' - that is, importation of Islamic culture into post-Christian Europe....

"Brussels economists claim Britain and other EU states will 'need' 56 million immigrant workers between them by 2050 to make up for the 'demographic decline' due to falling birthrates and rising death rates across Europe.'... And once in Europe, Muslims have already begun demanding special privileges and accommodations. IslamOnline reported on Dec. 21 that 'Muslims activists from 26 European countries have come together to launch the first rights council to enlighten European Muslims about their rights, monitor rising Islamophobia and defend Muslim rights in European courts of law.'

"Ali Abu Shwaima, a Muslim leader in Italy, explained: 'We think European human rights groups are not doing enough to defend the rights of Muslims.'" See Yuri Bezmenov on demoralization

The next article shows the steps leading to the EU regional government. At least four other primary UN regions are planned and moving forward, including "The Americas."

Lisbon Treaty: Europe’s Slow-Moving Coup d’État: "During the past year, the Irish government has faced intense pressure from an irate European political establishment, which demanded a second referendum that would produce the 'correct' answer.... It also warned that Ireland would be 'pushed out' or 'left behind' in Europe in the event of another 'no' vote....

"Ireland... was the only one of the EU’s 27 member states to put the Lisbon Treaty to a public referendum. Twenty-four other EU countries quietly rubber-stamped the treaty in their parliaments.... The Lisbon Treaty is the stunning culmination of more than 50 years of European economic and political integration, a process that has resulted in the systematic erosion of democracy and democratic accountability in Europe.... The EU has its origins in the Treaty of Rome (1957), which gave birth to the European Economic Community (EEC).... also known as the 'Common Market.... In 1989, an Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) established monetary and economic union. In 1990, another IGC was called to study the constitution of a political union. Then, in 1992, following three years of closed-door debate which ignored public demands for more transparency, the Treaty of the European Union (also known as the Treaty of Maastricht) came into being....

"Fast forward to 2009, and the stated aim of the Lisbon Treaty is to 'complete the process started by the Treaty of Amsterdam and by the Treaty of Nice with a view to enhancing the efficiency and democratic legitimacy of the Union and to improving the coherence of its action.' ... But in its essence, the Lisbon Treaty.... is all about the centralization of political power by an unelected ruling clique in Brussels who desire to rule Europe free from the constraints of democracy....

"...many foreign policy decisions that directly affect the United States, ranging from economics and trade to transatlantic cooperation on Islamic counter-terrorism, will increasingly be made by unelected (and often pathologically anti-American) bureaucrats in Brussels rather than by national governments."

November 2009

Leviathan Is Born: The Annexation of Europe by Brussels: "On November 3rd... the Czech Republic ceased to exist as a sovereign state when Vaclav Klaus, its president, put his signature under the Treaty of Lisbon. The Czech Republic was the last of the 27 member states of the European Union to ratify the treaty which turns the EU into a genuine state to which it members states are subservient. Klaus had delayed signing the document for as long as he could. ...as President he had to respect the verdict....

"...the European Parliament has no legislative powers, nor does it control the EU’s executive bodies [See first quote here]. The latter, who also have legislative power overriding national legislation, are made up of 'commissioners.' These are appointed by the governments of the member states.... In a speech last August, [Czech President Vaclav Klaus] defined 'Europeism' as 'a neosocialist doctrine'... [with] the following four characteristics: (a) economic views based on the concept of the so-called social market economy, which is the opposite of the market economy; (b) views on freedom, democracy and society based on collectivism... (c) views on European integration which favor unification and supranationalism; (d) views on foreign policy and international relations based on internationalism, cosmopolitism, abstract universalism, multiculturalism and on denationalization.”

Meet the President of Europe: "Herman Van Rompuy.... He is the first President of the European Union, which with the ratification of the Treaty of Lisbon by all the 27 EU member states in early November was transformed into a genuine United States of Europe. The President of Europe has not been elected; he was appointed in a secret meeting of the heads of government of the 27 EU member states. They chose one of their own....

"Belgium is an artificial state, constructed by the international powers in 1830 as a political compromise and experiment.... multicultural ideologues love Belgium. They say that without patriotism, there would be no wars and the world would be a better place. As John Lennon sang 'Imagine there’s no countries, it isn’t hard to do, nothing to kill or die for, and no religion too.'... A closer look at Belgium, the laboratory of Europe, shows, however, that the country lacks more than patriotism. It also lacks democracy, respect for the rule of law, and political morality....

"Like Belgium, the European Union is an undemocratic institution, which needs shrewd leaders who are capable of renouncing everything they once believed in.... Never mind democracy, morality or the rule of law, our betters know what is good for us more than we do."

The World Regions Forum in Milan: "The inaugural edition of the WORLD REGIONS FORUM, the meeting of the most dynamic and economically important regions on a global level, will be held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan .... 21 November 2009.  ...the WORLD REGIONS FORUM is a result of the awareness that global competition increasingly sees regional governments as main players."

Obama encourages illegals: "...the administration has systematically taken steps to weaken enforcement and encourage even more illegal immigration. [It's essential to the global vision of control and change based on socialist values and global governance through five regions] ....The obvious outcome of the administration's policies will be more illegal immigration. But the real result will be higher taxes for government benefits, crowded classrooms, burdened hospital emergency rooms, and fewer jobs for Americans. It is the American people who should weep for the future of our country." See Rules for Radicals

U.S. troops' continental insignia bears U.N. colors: "Troops in the United States' USNORTHCOM ranks appear to have adopted a shoulder patch showing a North American continental design, with an emphasis on United Nations colors, giving evidence of the strength of a plan to integrate North America. The patch reveals the continent of North America in the orange and blue colors typical to the U.N. It also carries the image of a Mosque to designate the unit's service in North Africa in World War II."

Even Europe fears Muslim immigration: "European diplomats 'talked about how part of their drive to forge Mediterranean agreements involves stemming the Muslim immigration by creating better opportunities for Arabs and Muslims in their home countries.'... Some estimates claim that aside from Russia, Europe's Muslim population may double by 2020."

CNN's Lou Dobbs: Shot fired into my home: "'This follows weeks and weeks of threatening phone calls.... This shot was fired with my wife not 15 feet away.' ... Dobbs said advocacy groups that support illegal aliens and have pressed for him to be fired... .'We need to ... understand that if this battle for the soul of the country is lost, so much is lost that follows. Respect for our laws, respect for our borders, our ports, our national sovereignty.' ... 'Why are we not enforcing laws, why do we not demand respect for our sovereignty, why do we not demand honest, open, straightforward debate?'"  S

U.S. Mission to African Union: "The United States was the first major non-African country to appoint a full-time ambassador to the African Union (AU), and that shows the importance the people of the United States attach to their partnership with the people of Africa, says the U.S. ambassador to the African Union, Michael Battle. [Actually it shows the insiders support for the new UN system of regional control]....

"...President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton see Africa 'as having the capacity to function with a single voice on continent-wide issues, like the European Union acts as a single voice on issues that affect Europe.' ...Before becoming ambassador, Battle was the president of a consortium of six theological seminaries in Atlanta..." 'Dishonest' Blair and Straw accused over secret plan for multicultural UK: "...Tony Blair 'dishonestly' concealed a plan to allow in more immigrants and make Britain more multi-cultural because they feared a public backlash if it was made public.... Andrew Neather... as a speech writer for Mr Blair, claimed a secret Government report in 2000 called for mass immigration to change Britain's cultural make-up forever."

This mass migration has led to hostile Muslim communities that practice Sharia law, where non-Muslims fear to enter.

Honduras just wants an election: "The U.S. demand that Mr. Zelaya be returned to power before a vote is destructive..... a Brazilian official explained to me that the reason Brazil does not raise its voice for human rights in the dictatorship of Cuba is that it does not wish to intervene in the island's domestic affairs. Apparently the policy of nonintervention does not apply to democratic Honduras. Last Monday former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya, who was ...legally deposed from office on June 28, made a stealth return to Tegucigalpa and sought shelter at the Brazilian Embassy.... Mr. Zelaya has corruption charges pending against him in Honduras but 'noninterventionist' Brazil refuses to hand him over to authorities. Instead it is allowing him to use the embassy as a command center from which he has been calling his violent supporters into the streets. .... Why does the U.S. threaten to undermine a free election that would very likely restore peace and security?"  It's all about "regional integration" -- shaping the "Americas" into the UN pattern:  See The 'New European Soviet'

European Parliament Raps Lithuania for Curbing Homosexual Advocacy 'Protection of Minors': "The European Parliament voted 349 to 218 today to condemn Lithuania for its 'law on the protection of minors' which prohibits promotion of 'homosexual, bisexual or polygamous relations' among children under 18 in the Baltic nation....The resolution directs the Agency for Fundamental Rights to opine on whether the law contravenes European anti-discrimination standards." Obama: Legalize illegals to get them health care: "It is ironic that the president told the American people that illegal immigrants should not be covered by the health care bill, but now just days later he's talking about letting them in the back door," said Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee. 'If the American people do not want to provide government health care for illegal immigrants, why would they support giving them citizenship, the highest honor America can bestow?' Mr. Smith said."

Obama's Immigration Plan a Threat to American Safety: "While the news media feverishly covered the untimely death of music icon Michael Jackson..., President Barack Obama on the same day revealed his plans to reform US immigration policy. ...Obama used the term 'undocumented workers' and avoided using the terms 'illegal aliens'.... Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection -- two agencies within the Department of Homeland Security -- claim in several reports that they've apprehended over 100,000 criminal aliens whose offenses go far beyond violation of immigration laws and regulations. Sadly, only about 25 percent of expenses for imprisoning criminal aliens is reimbursed by the federal government to state and local governments." See next link:

Honduras Is Right About Zelaya: "Hondurans resisting former President Manuel Zelaya’s efforts to stay in power are not mounting a coup d’etat. On the contrary, they are fighting against the all-too-common practice of past Latin American leaders who choose, against the rule of law and democracy, to stay in power.... Usually, it begins with a legitimate election.... But then -- either when that term runs out or even before -- the president decides that he does not need to be re-elected and decides to ignore or overturn the law (and often the nation’s constitution) and remain in office.

"The authoritarian culture manifests itself when the president uses all the tools and power of the executive branch to overcome the weak checks and balances that exist in that country.... During the '60s and '70s, the radical, authoritarian, anti-democratic left tried to come to power using violent means, such as urban terrorism and guerrilla warfare. But they were defeated in Uruguay, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.... They found a new way in Venezuela. ...

"Chavez used his enormous early popularity to gradually begin dismantling the country’s institutional framework until the legislature and the judiciary branches became mere rubber stamps for his authoritarian decisions.... President Zelaya tried, but so far has failed, to replicate Chavez’s success....The Hondurans... know how it ends and told Zelaya that they would not let him play the movie in their own theater.... To say this is a traditional military coup d’etat is not only to misjudge the actual events...it also ignores the actual provisions of the country’s constitution." See Letter from Honduras: What REALLY happened

Letter from Honduras: What REALLY happened: "...we did not have a military coup. Though that makes much better headlines, it was actually an Impeachment. The Honduran Constitutions does not have an impeachment process so they did the best they could with with what they had.  First the entire (100%) of the congress voted for Mel's removal from office. [Here it is proper to call politicians by their first name so I will henceforth refer to him as 'Mel'] Then it went through the supreme Court which endorsed it. Then the military escorted Mel out of the country. The acting president is the highest ranking member of Mel's own party. He is to act until the regularly scheduled election in November..."

The U.N. Rides to the Rescue.... of yet another leftist: "In yet another demonstration of the United Nations' double-standard, the General Assembly on June 30th unanimously demanded the immediate re-instatement of the deposed Honduran president Manuel Zelaya....

"Zelaya is a committed leftist, whom the UN General Assembly president Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann – the Sandinista friend of Ahmadinejad – has made his personal cause. D'Escoto Brockmann invited Zelaya to address the General Assembly. Their mutual buddy, Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez, threatened military action to restore Zelaya to power – an offer that Zelaya did not outright refuse. And President Obama did not help matters when he quickly hopped on board the save-the-leftist bandwagon while being very slow to react to the outrageous crack-down in Iran."

San Francisco D.A.'s program trained illegal immigrants for jobs they couldn't legally hold: "The assault on Amanda Kiefer at dusk in San Francisco's posh Pacific Heights was extraordinary enough for its cruelty. ...Alexander Izaguirre, snatched her purse and hopped into an SUV.... sped forward to run Kiefer down. Terrified, she leaped onto the hood and saw Izaguirre and the driver laughing. The driver slammed on the brakes, propelling Kiefer to the pavement. Her skull fractured. Blood oozed from her ear....

"'If they've committed crimes and they're not citizens, then why are they here?' Kiefer asked. 'Why haven't they been deported?'"

A note below from a respected teacher [and friend] in the UK: "Britain is already divided into regions. The region of Kent includes a bit of France. Most of our laws now come from Brussels. WE have never agreed to this. After Heath lied to get a 'Yes' to the Common Market in 1879  or so, Lib Lab Con in the house o Commons have steadily, traitorously handed over government of our land to Brussels. WE do not elect the officials in the regions. Mot people are unaware they exist.... MPs  have given up representing us. Many people are just TV fodder."

Obama's gun lies: "Obama speaking in Mexico: "'This war is being waged with guns purchased not here but in the United States,' he said, referring to the drug wars that are tearing apart our neighbor to the south. 'More than 90 percent of the guns recovered in Mexico come from the United States, many from gun shops that lay in our shared border.'

"It is completely untrue that 90 percent of guns recovered in Mexico are from America. The Mexican government separates guns it confiscates that were made in the United States and sends them here to be traced. U.S. weapons are easy to identify because of clear markings. Of the ones sent here to be traced, 90 percent turn out to be from America, but most guns recovered in Mexico are not sent here so are not included in the count. Fox News reported that 17 percent is a more accurate number."

Obama says reaching out to enemies strengthens US: "Obama said Sunday that he is 'strengthening our hand' by reaching out to enemies of the United States and making sure that the nation is a leader, not a lecturer, of democracy.... Sweden Rocked by Radical Muslims: "Malmo is Sweden 's 3rd largest city and a major epicenter of the Islamization of Europe. Wide-open immigration policies have changed Sweden and have made Malmo, which is now one-quarter Muslim, one of the most racially divided cities in Europe. Most Muslim immigrants are concentrated in one district, where the male unemployment rate is 82 percent. Crime affects one of three families in the city and rape has tripled in 20 years.... In one housing project in the district, fire and emergency workers will no longer enter without police protection.

"Malmo has been so accommodating toward immigrant Muslims that a local Muslim politician and imam has even declared, 'The best Islamic state is Sweden!'... Right-wing Swedish Democrats, who support limits on immigration, have been stigmatized by the left-wing Swedish media as fascist and bigoted.... 'I think the best prediction is that Sweden will have a Muslim majority by 2049, so we know where that country’s going.”

"Klaus, 67, an economist by training and a successful finance minister after the fall of communism, said he believed Brown’s plans for more regulatory supervision of the financial system would resolve nothing. 'The crisis cannot be solved by restraining human initiative and putting further burdens on businesses,' he said. 'I propose the exact opposite: deregulation, liberalisation, removing barriers and unnecessary obstructive legislation at the European level.'...

"Klaus, who helped to lead his country from communism to freedom, warned that the new constitution would stifle debate and democracy. 'Not so long ago, in our part of Europe we lived in a political system that permitted no alternatives and therefore also no parliamentary opposition.'...

Surge in Asylum Seeking Mexicans Taxing Already Overworked Immigration System: "Federal immigration officials are reporting a surge in the number of Mexicans crossing the border to seek asylum in the U.S., an increase analysts say is due to the drug violence and criminal activity that claimed a record 5,300 lives in Mexico last year....That process is expensive, since each case can take up to four months to resolve, and American taxpayers pay to keep the asylum-seekers in protective custody while they await a decision..."

Mr. Barnett said some of the ranch´s established immigrant trails were littered with trash 10 inches deep, including human waste, used toilet paper, soiled diapers, cigarette packs, clothes, backpacks, empty 1-gallon water bottles, chewing-gum wrappers and aluminum foil - which supposedly is used to pack the drugs the immigrant smugglers..."

EU flag and anthem revived by MEPs: "The flag, a politically correct motto and Beethoven's Ode to Joy will all be used more by the European Parliament as it tries to help citizens identify more easily with the EU. But Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party and an MEP himself, has accused his parliamentary colleagues of 'trying to ram them down our throats'.

"German Foreign Minister: Europe Needs Lisbon Treaty: "The Irish rejection of the Lisbon Treaty has sent shockwaves across the EU. But the treaty is still no lost cause.... The Lisbon Treaty makes provisions for any necessary institutional alterations, from the size of the commission to voting procedures in the council."

'Mediterranean Union' is born: "An intriguing new geopolitical entity was born over the weekend that could in ways small and large dramatically change the course of Europe and the Middle East in the years ahead. At a series of ceremonies in Paris -- in a palace overlooking the River Seine -- leaders from 43 countries comprising 756 million people met officially to form the 'Mediterranean Union,' to fight terrorism, end WMD proliferation, enhance regional security, and promote free trade, economic development, and tourism."

Political elites continue to push unification against their constituents¹ wishes: "Only the Irish had the guts... to hold a referendum [and reject the EU Constitution).... What could explain the Irish obduracy? Several explanations came forth, among them Irish xenophobia and intellectual backwardness.... Another explanation for the Irish 'no' vote was that Irish citizens had been frightened by the proposal of the French finance minister to equalize tax rates throughout Europe, thus destroying unfair competition (all competition is unfair, unless the French win)....Anyway, what does it really matter if referendum after referendum, in Denmark, France, the Netherlands, and Ireland, defeats the proposals of the European political class? The proposals can always be enacted regardless, by other means. ...The political class, which loves the unitary European state precisely because it so completely escapes democratic or any other oversight...." [?] One Currency for South American Union: "...the South American countries are planning for a common currency as part of the integration of the individual countries into the Union of South American Nations. This integration is patterned after the formation of the European Union, and parallels the plan for the North American Union..... Another unfolding feature of the South American Union similar to that of the North American Union is its dependence on newly created infrastructure. The South American alliance will promote the cross-nation construction of railroads, highways, bridges and transmission lines that will connect the entire region.... The union plan also calls for a regional defense council, apparently the beginning of the imposition of a regional government. This council would resolve regional conflicts, promote military cooperation....

"The plan to establish a new common currency for the Union of South American Nations is the latest development in the initiation of common currencies representative of multi-country trading blocks. The euro was the first trade block currency, established as part of the European Union. The amero is the name of what may be the North American Union’s counterpart.... Critics of the Union of South American Nations’ efforts to establish a common currency see it as playing right into the hands of the world banking cartel."

European Parliament to ban Eurosceptic groups: "The European Union assembly’s political establishment is pushing through changes that will silence dissidents by changing the rules allowing Euro-MPs to form political groupings. ... Under the rule change, the largest and most pro-EU groups would tighten their grip on the Parliament’s political agenda and keep control of lavish funding....

"Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party, claimed that the move goes hand in hand with the denial of popular votes on the new EU Treaty. ”Welcome to your future...,' he said. They must be getting very worried if they are enacting such dictatorial powers for themselves.” See The "New European Soviet"

The review below summarizes the message in "Terror and Consent" -- a book highly praised by Tony Blair, Henry Kissinger and other globalist leaders. The author, Philip Bobbitt, bases his argument on this statement: "During the era of twentieth century industrial nation states... 80 percent of the dead and wounded in warfare were civilians."

He fails to remind readers that most of the killing was caused by Nazi or Communist  cruelty and aggression. Instead he uses that horrendous "crisis" to justify the rejection of the constitutional nation-state! Wouldn't it be better to resist Communism (it didn't die), Communitarianism and terrorism -- and to preserve our constitutional freedoms? See Totalitarianism

Global Management.  'Terror and Consent': (Book review) "For Philip Bobbitt, a distinguished lecturer and senior fellow at the University of Texas and a law professor at Columbia University, this [the sentence above] is more than a gee-whiz factoid. It's the basis upon which he advances an ambitious argument for fighting the wars that are bound to plague the 21st century. ... What does it say about the nation state...? Might it be time for something new?

"The best way to protect citizens of modern democracies, [Bobbitt] claims, is to fundamentally rethink the nation state as the guarantor of the freedoms that terrorists intend to obliterate. ... If 'we want to defeat state-shattering terror in the twenty-first century,' Bobbitt writes, we will have to 'transform the emerging constitutional order of the twenty-first century State.' Specifically, we must stop thinking like a nation state and start thinking like the 'market state' that we are inevitably becoming. ... What's needed is a constitutional order that takes its structural cues from multinational corporations and nongovernmental organizations, relying 'less on law and regulation and more on market incentives' to expand people's options. Such a market state keeps its finger on the pulse of consumer demand, advocates trade liberalization, is prone to the privatization of public works and 'will outsource many functions.' ...

"...if we strengthen our alliances with other states, networks of shared intelligence could do an impressive job of it. Of course, this would require a more invasive process of information gathering within and across national borders. In order to reduce the threat to civil liberties this would entail, Bobbitt highlights "our commitment to globalize the systems of human rights and government by consent.'... 'In many situations, he explains, our only option is to vest faith in properly formulated international and constitutional systems of law." See The Revolutionary Roots of the UN

President Bush Participates in Joint Press Availability with President Calderon of Mexico and Prime Minister Harper of Canada: BUSH: "...we spent time talking about the Colombia free trade agreement. Canada is negotiating a Colombia free trade agreement; Mexico has a free trade agreement with Colombia.... It makes no sense to me to say that Colombia goods can come into our country duty-free, yet our goods can't go into Colombia duty-free.... We're talking about food and product safety standards to make them compatible in a way that guarantees safety for our consumers.... Obviously, we talked about global warming and the need to make sure that major economies are all party to an agreement."

CALDERÓN: "...Six, we also talked a lot about border projects. Our three countries want to have safe borders and we want to have efficient borders, borders that will improve the competitiveness of our various businesses and for the entire region. We talked about how to make the flow along the borders even better, how to improve trade there."

José Can You See? Bush’s Trojan Taco: "The second reason Bush has kept this major summit [Canada, Mexio & the US] a virtual secret is its real agenda. More important, the agenda-makers, the guys who called the meeting, must remain as far out of camera range as possible: The North American Competitiveness Council. Never heard of The Council? Well, maybe you’ve heard of the counselors: the chief executives of Wal-Mart, Chevron Oil, Lockheed-Martin and 27 other multinational masters of the corporate universe. And why did the landlords of our continent order our presidents to a three-nation pajama party? Their term is 'harmonization.'...

"Harmonization means making rules and regulations the same in all three countries. Or, more specifically, watering down rules – on health, safety, labor rights, oil drilling, polluting and so on - in other words, any regulations that get between The Council members and their profits.

"Take for example, pesticides. Wal-Mart and agri-business don’t want to reduce the legal amount of poison allowed in what you eat. Solution: 'harmonize' US and Canadian pesticide standards to Mexico’s.... The three chiefs of state will meet privately with the thirty corporate chiefs...." See the next link:

The European Union: A British View: "No one told us that today the EU would be making 80% of our laws.... The EU called 9-11 'a beneficial disaster' because it enabled them to trot out legislation that further curtails our freedoms. ... This has been very costly for Britain. We send the EU $55 million a day.... Part of the immense cost of the EU is due to its corruption....

Rise of the 'tranzi-ists': "In December, government leaders of the 27 European Union member states convened in Lisbon to sign the EU Reform Treaty.... French President Nicolas Sarkozy conceded in November that the treaty would be rejected 'in all member states if they have a referendum.'...

"France is a thing of the past. It has almost ceased to exist.... The peoples of Europe reject the Lisbon treaty because, like the EU constitution, it will abolish their ancient, century-old nation-states and transform the European Union into a genuine federal superstate — a United States of Europe....

The European Union is an evil empire: "The most chilling thing to me is the stunning similarity between the conspiracy behind the EU and the stealthy power brokering this side of the Atlantic. It is as though the operatives are acting in concert or taking cues from each other. And in fact they are.... The following similarities come to mind....

--The treacherous sellout of national sovereignty and democracy was perpetrated by politicians thought to be Christian and conservative.... [See The emerging New World Order]

--The first steps toward the final solution were innocuous-looking trade agreements (the European Economic Community, EEC, in Europe, NAFTA and CAFTA in America)....

--The growth of the supranational government is accompanied by a police state mentality...

Board Members Recalled Over Blackwater Plan: "Residents of Potrero, a rural community in east San Diego County, voted to oust five members of the town's planning board who endorsed a bid by Blackwater Worldwide to build a training camp.... The five board members elected to fill the seats of the recalled board members oppose Blackwater's development of an 824-acre tract of land near Potrero, close to the Mexican border..." The North American Union and the Larger Plan: "In order to bring about a North American Union (NAU), the public first has to be conditioned to think of themselves as North Americans. Thomas Donohue (president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce)... remarked that 'for CEOs, North America is already a single market, and business decisions are no longer made with a Mexico strategy---or a Canada strategy.... We are all in this together---we, as North Americans.'....

"Also relevant to this process is the publication of North American Integrations Monitor since 2002 by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).... The Project has 'an emphasis on regional integration,' and the year 2025 A.D. was selected 'on the basis of the data presently available on overall global projections.'...

"Zbigniew Brzezinski has been a CSIS counselor, and at Mikhail Gorbachev's first State of the World Forum in 1995, Brzezinski revealed: "We cannot leap into world government through one quick step.... The precondition for eventual and genuine globalization is progressive regionalization because by that we move toward larger, more stable, more cooperative units."

"...in Stalin's January 1913 address in Vienna, he advocated national loyalties becoming subservient to regions. And 3 years later, Lenin in 1916 proclaimed: 'The aim of socialism is not only to abolish the present division of mankind into smaller states and all-national isolation, not only to bring the nations closer to each other, but also to merge them.'"  How Brussels [European Union's main headquarters] regulates our daily lives: "It seems only a matter of time before Brussels' compulsion to control everything is subjected to a nonsense standard.... Current regulations already run the gamut from protections against fine dust and noise to soil conservation to protections for workers against solar radiation....

"...precise noise readings must be taken on every street, whether in downtown areas, in industrial zones, along railway lines or in expensive and leafy residential neighborhoods.... All are furious about the new requirement.

"Europe's 'Specific Hygiene Regulations' cover every product and every producer, from 'meat from hoofed animals kept as pets' to 'frogs' legs and snails' and 'animal fats and cracklings.'...

Illegals cause massive cuts: "$3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens....  30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.... $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare and Social Services by the American taxpayers.... $200 Billion Dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.... Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States".  See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Are We All Nazis Now? "On January 27, 2005, the European Parliament voted a resolution 'on remembrance of the Holocaust, anti-semitism and racism.' Near the end of the resolution, the EP states... that it: '... Welcomes the declared intention of the Luxembourg Presidency to restart the stalled discussions on the proposal for a Council Framework Decision on combating Racism and Xenophobia, and urges the Council to reach agreement on a ban on incitement to racial and religious hatred throughout the EU.... Racism and xenophobia will mean belief in race colour, descent, religion or belief, national or ethnic origin as a factor determining aversion to individuals."

This resolution may sound innocuous, but since interpretation is open-ended and designed to avoid offense, any Christian statement equating homosexuality, promiscuity or abortion with sin would be censored. "Common African currency in 2010: "...the proposed common currency bank would be actualised in the next four years because 'we have concrete plans to move Africa forward in the manner the Chinese are doing. Interview with Vicente Fox: "[LARRY] KING: Drugs a big problem? ... President Bush has pledged a robust package of anti-drug aid for Mexico? FOX: Yes, $1 billion, for two years. And let me tell you, it's a big problem now in a different way, because now our youth is consuming drugs.... KING: ...'I would like to know how you feel about the possibility of having a Latin America united with one currency?' FOX: Long term, very long term....KING: It's going to be like the euro dollar, you mean? FOX: Well, that would be long, long term." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

North American Union driver's license created: "North American Union driver's license created Logo intended to standardize documentation across continent.... 'The hologram looks exactly [like] the map of North America that is used as the background for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America logo on the SPP website.' ...the goal is to create a continental security device that could be used by state and provincial motor vehicles agencies throughout North America, including the U.S., Canada and Mexico." North American Union driver's license created: "The first 'North American Union' driver's license, complete with a hologram of the continent on the reverse, has been created in North Carolina.... 'The hologram looks exactly [like] the map of North America that is used as the background for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America logo on the SPP website.' ...the goal is to create a continental security device that could be used by state and provincial motor vehicles agencies throughout North America, including the U.S., Canada and Mexico." Plans for Economic Integration: "Now that the game plan is laid out, we can connect the dots: NAFTA, the admission of Mexican trucks onto our highways, the contract to build the TransTexas Corridor and the plans to extend it into a NAFTA Super Highway, making Kansas City an international "port," the "totalization" of illegal aliens into our Social Security system, and the recently defeated Senate amnesty bill. That bill would have integrated 20 million illegal aliens into our labor force, locked us (by Section 413) into the SPP, and spent massive foreign aid to 'improve the standard of living in Mexico.'"

August 2007

Allowing Mexican trucks delayed: "Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Alpine, blasted the Department of Transportation for 'demonstrating complete disregard for the safety of vehicle motorists and the security threat created by granting Mexican truckers unrestricted access into the United States.' He accused the agency of ignoring congressional requirements. ... 'We feel like we have met the requirements,” said John H. Hill, who oversees the program...." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Sanctuary Cities: What are they?  "Generally, sanctuary policies instruct city employees not to notify the federal government of the presence of illegal aliens living in their communities. The policies also end the distinction between legal and illegal immigration--so illegal aliens often benefit from city services too....  A formal sanctuary policy is a written policy that may have been passed by a local government body in the form of a resolution, ordinance, or administrative action....An informal sanctuary policy is a policy that does not exist on paper but none-the-less is carried out by government workers (administrative, service, or safety). An informal sanctuary policy is more difficult to document, since no obvious public record exists....

"One justification of creating sanctuary cities is often under the guise of protecting 'immigrant rights.' But illegal aliens are not immigrants.... Sanctuary policies--official or otherwise, result in safe havens for illegal aliens and potential terrorists. Sanctuary policies allow criminal aliens to avoid deportation because they prevent local police from reporting alien criminals to ICE....

Sanctuary cities in Texas includes: Austin, Dallas, Ft.Worth, Houston.... Minnesota: Minneapolis, St. Paul.... California: Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Jose, etc.

Israel Returns Illegal African Migrants to Egypt [Registration required]: "An Israeli human rights organization, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, issued a statement expressing its 'strong' condemnation of the government’s decision 'to deport African refugees and asylum seekers to Egypt without following the internationally recognized procedures for determining whether they are refugees.'"

Bill halts Trans Texas Corridor for Two Years: "A bill that places a two-year hold on the Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC) took effect on June 11.”

National borders erased for airlines in new plan: "A new plan being discussed among officials from the United States, Mexico and Canada essentially would erase national borders in North America for air carriers, perhaps giving Aeromexico a pass to run a Los Angeles-Toronto route or Air Canada to compete on the New York-Paris connection, according to WND columnist Jerome Corsi." Baby Steps The North American Union and Global Governance: "Flying beneath the radar screen of public opinion, this plan is unfolding in incremental baby steps that threaten to entangle the United States in a complex web of regional alliances that will slowly choke its national sovereignty to death."

Western Hemisphere League? "Just as there would be a Permanent Committee of United American Nations, there would also be similar Committees for the United Nations of Europe, Asia and Africa....  'Union Now? Traffic ticket data shipped to Mexico: "Many listeners of the show were outraged to learn information from traffic citations was being sent to Mexico, where Mexican workers had complete access to a driver's personal information.... Callers to the show complained that they were experiencing months of delays and numerous errors due to language difficulties in tracking down where their traffic tickets were...." Military To Crackdown On North American Union Protesters [Slow to open]: "The US army is to enforce a huge security perimeter around the upcoming North American Union meeting in Canada this August.... 'It is deplorable that we are being prevented from bringing together a panel of writers, academics and parliamentarians to share their concerns about the Security and Prosperity Partnership with Canadians,' said Brent Patterson, director of organizing with the Council of Canadians. 'Meanwhile, six kilometres away, corporate leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada will have unimpeded access to our political leaders.'

"...the Council on Foreign Relations seeded the plan for a 'North American Advisory Council' which eventually became the SPP.... Internal SPP documents released under the FOIA have also shown that a wide range of US administrative law is being re-written in stealth under this program to 'integrate' and 'harmonize' with administrative law in Mexico and Canada, in a similar fashion to moves that have become commonplace within the EU."

Cost of educating illegals is targeted: "Utah spent up to $85.4 million in a single year educating undocumented immigrants, and now lawmakers want the feds to pay up. ... Public schools are required by a U.S. Supreme Court ruling to educate all children and are even barred from asking a student's immigration status. ... 'One hundred percent of our income tax goes to public education.... Undocumented workers do not pay income tax unless they have a Social Security number that doesn't belong to them.'" Call for vote on ‘Europe empire’: "Britain was told yesterday that it was part of a new European empire.... José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, said that all 27 EU members should be proud of their unique union.... 'Now what we have is the first non-imperial empire. We have 27 countries that fully decided to work together and to pool their sovereignty.”

AU Summit Opens With Calls for Africa Government: "The Ninth Africa Union heads of state summit opened in Accra, Ghana, yesterday with renewed calls for African political union. Outgoing AU Commission chairman Alpha Oumar Konare [Mulim] stole the show with a passionate speech pressing the need for an African government.... Speaking without notes, Mr Konare criticised the AU as an ineffective and powerless body, referring to many of the critical problems on the continent, from the Darfur crisis to dictatorship, human rights, corruption and poverty that the African leaders prefer not to confront. In an unprecedented address from the top AU official, Mr Konare made a strong pitch for progress towards a unity, taking the view that the AU would remain a talking shop unless it acquired legislative power that could only come with creation of a United States of Africa....

"Earlier, yesterday, declaring himself a 'soldier for Africa', Gaddafi [Muslim] called on the continent to unite under a single government so it could compete in a globalised world.... But, as heads of state and government began arriving in Accra for the summit, most of the 53 AU members appeared to favour a gradual, step-by-step creation of a United States of Africa."

Secret new plan for EU superstate: "Tony Blair wants to hand the European Union radical new powers in his last act as Prime Minister, it emerged today. The Prime Minister has welcomed controversial plans to bring back the troubled EU constitution by the back door - totally bypassing the need for public referendums on sweeping new powers for Brussels.... Britain's voting rights would be reduced by a third under the scheme.... Britain could also lose the right to impose quotas on immigration." The next link may explain why:

Illegal Immigrant Cases Clogging Federal Courts: "In New Mexico, 71 percent of all criminal cases in 2006 were immigration-related....The problem has exploded in recent years, causing massive backlogs and slowing other court business to a crawl." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Immigration Bill Crushed: "The Senate drove a stake Thursday through President Bush's plan to legalize millions of unlawful immigrants, likely postponing major action on immigration until after the 2008 elections. The bill's supporters fell 14 votes short of the 60 needed..." See how they voted

Push for Blair as new EU president: "Tony Blair, the British prime minister, could end up swapping Downing Street for a job as the first full-time European Union president.... He has denied interest in the job....

"The new role of president of the European Council – representing the bloc’s 27 member states – would be a permanent replacement for the six-monthly rotating presidency of the EU....The president would have few formal powers, but would give the EU strategic leadership and represent the bloc on the world stage on issues such as climate change...."

The documented delusion: [By Mark Steyn ] "...Harry Reid, the Senate majority leader, declared: 'This week we will vote on cloture and final passage of a comprehensive bill that will strengthen border security, bring the 12 million undocumented Americans out of the shadows, and keep our economy strong.' Talk about 'a fast track to citizenship.' Never mind probationary visas, Z-visas and Green Cards, in the eyes of the Democrat steering 'comprehensive immigration reform' through Congress, these guys are already 'undocumented Americans.' Was it simply a slip of the tongue?...

"I wouldn't presume to speak for the millions of Americans who oppose this bill, but it's because I'm an immigrant myself that I object to the most patent absurdity peddled by the pro-amnesty crowd.... Its 'comprehensive solution' to illegal immigration is simply to flip all the illegals overnight into the legal category. Voila. Problem solved. There can be no more illegal immigrants because the Senate has simply abolished the category. Ingenious." See Reinventing the World

North America 'partnership' fast-tracked in border bill: "The controversial 'Secure Borders, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Reform Act of 2007... contains provisions for the acceleration of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.... 'It is the sense of Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico, which will lead to reduced migration,' the draft legislation states....  In its current form, the bill would offer probationary legal status to the estimated 15 million to 20 million illegal aliens." North American Union (NAU) plan headed to Congress in fall: "A powerful think tank chaired by former Sen. Sam Nunn and guided by trustees including Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Harold Brown, William Cohen and Henry Kissinger, is in the final stages of preparing a report to the White House and U.S. Congress on the benefits of integrating the U.S., Mexico and Canada into one political, economic and security bloc.... Mexican bloodbath raises fears in U.S.: "About 40 assailants apparently related to Mexico's powerful drug gangs, drove in a convoy of up to 15 vehicles into the town of Cananea, 20 miles south of the U.S. border.... The Amnesty Fraud (By Thomas Sowell): "Back in 1986 it was 'unrealistic' to round up and deport the 3 million illegal immigrants.... So they were given amnesty -- honestly labeled, back then -- which is precisely why there are now 12 million illegal immigrants. As a result of the current amnesty bill -- not honestly labeled, this time -- will it be 'unrealistic' to round up and deport 40 million or 50 million illegal immigrants in the future?...

"We are, after all, talking about a major and irreversible change in the American population, the American culture, and the American political balance....

"All across this country, illegal aliens are being caught by the police for all sorts of violations of American laws, from traffic laws to laws against murder. Yet in many, if not most, places the police are under orders not to report these illegal aliens to the federal government."

Zedillo Wraps Globalization Series [this whole website was inaccessible at 11PM Tuesday]: "Former Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo ["the 2007 David Rockefeller International Visitor" and "the Director of the Yale Center for the Study of Globalization"] told an International House audience on April 10 that globalization is an inexorable phenomenon that can be slowed down to some extent but cannot be undone.... U.S. border agents recruited for Iraq: "The State Department is recruiting 120 Border Patrol agents to send to Iraq, prompting sharp criticism from two border-state governors who argue the U.S. needs more help on its own frontier.... In a letter to President Bush, Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said the move 'makes no sense,'... Welcome to the no man's land of the 'North Americanist': "In the latest U.N. move, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has asked New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg whether some of the city's police officers could be deployed with U.N. peacekeeping missions."

"The main architects of the North American Union, who inexorably pieced it together over decades, were quick to quell the first signs of public unease. Any Erin Brockovich piloting her way through government paperwork could always be tossed to the wolves, branded as a conspiracy theorist. Heroes not worn down by the wall of bureaucracy are scarce and often live the life of the loner. The road of tracking down information hidden from public view gets lonely....

"While the citizens of those cities went to work assuming there would always be a United States, a Canada and a Mexico, the unimaginable was already being orchestrated....

And this is just ONE hospital: "A recent patient survey indicated that 70 percent of the women who gave birth at Parkland in the first three months of 2006 were illegal immigrants.' ....Because these women are illegal immigrants they do not have to provide any sort of legitimate identification---no proof of income. An American citizen would have to provide a social security number which would reveal their annual income---an illegal immigrant need only claim to be poor and the hospital must take them at their word.

Deceitful Tactics Used To Make Puerto Rico A State: "Even though Puerto Rico has three times voted against becoming a U.S. state, yet another effort is being made to persuade Puerto Rico to change its mind.... They are among the most militant groups in the world and are responsible for domestic terrorist incidents in the United States.... It is asking for big trouble to admit a new state in which nearly half the people oppose the idea.

Greenspan's Inequality Fix: Free Trade for Lawyers and Doctors: "Greenspan's solution to America's wage disparity is thus: 'Our skilled wages are higher than anywhere in the world. If we open up a significant window for skilled workers, that would suppress the skilled-wage level and end the concentration of income.'...

"Here is what Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies had to say about Greenspan's solution....'So, what's [Greenspan's] solution? Flood the skilled labor market with immigrants! You see, since immigration lowers wages, massive importation of skilled workers would drive down their wages and, presto, no more income gap! In his words... Anyone want to run for office on that platform? ... Instead, how about reducing inequality by cutting immigration overall, so we stop flooding the low-skilled labor market, and let blue-collar wages increase? Think that would be a better way to shore up political support for capitalism among the poor?" See The UN Plan for global migration

In four weeks, the world will once again honor Earth Day, a celebration rooted in Marxism, radical feminism, "Green" spirituality, and pseudo-scientific deception. Since someone just sent us the link below, we thought the time might be right for the following warning:

Iraqi Assyrian Refugees Flocking to Sweden: "The same night they released his son, Saed began to plan the family's flight to Södertälje.... They sold the house and the land around it for the ridiculous sum of 90,000 dollar. This was money that actually was enough to smuggle them from Baghdad to Amman and from Amman to Södertälje.... They do not care if they are living in a small space.... 'I would rather live in a basement in a city were my children do not get kidnapped than living in a big house in Baghdad, Saed says...

"...last year 1052 refugees came to Södertälje. According to the prognosis by the Swedish Migration Authority, the municipality will receive at least 2,000 more Iraqi refugees this year. ... Most of them who can escape from Mosul and Baghdad do it... Rape, forced conversion, kidnappings, bomb attacks against churches and beheadings are a part of the everyday life of the Christians." Political Regionalism and "Sustainable Development" - Control the water - control the people: "'Water regionalization' might sound benign, but the consequences that come as a result of political regionalism must be understood by a freedom loving people or liberty will be trampled. Regionalization is the program being used to destroy traditional political boundaries and usher in a transformed system of governance that abolishes private property....

"What the 'three E's' really mean is as follows: Equity completes the conversion of our system of justice from equal justice to 'social' justice Economy means the conversion of the American system of free enterprise into the emerged global economic system of 'public/private partnership.' Environment is the political movement that values human beings as equal to or below the importance of nature's elements including: animals, plants and rocks." See Local Agenda 21- The U.N. Feds Have Dropped Ball on Illegal Immigration: "After the small town of Hazleton, Pa., experienced a stabbing, a drug bust and a few absentee landlords with as many as nine residents living in a single unit, Mayor Louis Barletta said he lay awake one night and thought, '"I've lost my city.'... Before 2000, Barletta recalled, the town averaged one murder every seven years. After an influx of illegal immigrants, there have been three murders in the last 18 months. The problems prompted the mayor to enact new policies, including an ordinance to punish businesses hiring illegal workers, punish landlords who rent to illegal immigrants, and declare English the town's official language.

"...the ACLU and Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund sued the city on behalf of the illegal immigrants, alleging the laws are unconstitutional." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Parasitic disease found in blood near border: "A large study of blood donations collected from two U.S. border states found that nearly one in 5,000 was positive for Chagas' disease, a potentially fatal parasitic disorder endemic in Latin America." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Let's Prosecute Drug Smugglers, Not Border Guards (Phyllis Schlafly): "The government prosecuted Ramos and Compean criminally for acts that called only for an administrative reprimand, based the case on the testimony of an admitted drug smuggler brought back from Mexico and induced to testify by a grant of immunity, withheld crucial evidence from the jury, used the wrong law (that carries a mandatory additional 10-year sentence), and now won't release the transcript of the trial without which the border guards cannot appeal. The smuggler's reward for his testimony was immunity, U.S. medical treatment, and a government-issued border pass.

"Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) now admits that its official lied to Congressmen in claiming that Ramos and Compean had confessed, lied, destroyed evidence, and said they did not believe the smuggler was a threat. No evidence ever existed for those damaging accusations.... The government denied their freedom pending appeal and put Ramos in a prison where five criminal illegal aliens took their opportunity to severely beat him up and kick him with their steel-tipped shoes. No prison guards defended him from this attack." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Imprisoned border agent beaten by fellow inmates': "The Department of Justice has confirmed imprisoned former Border Patrol agent Ignacio 'Nacho' Ramos... was treated for injuries. ...[H]e was assaulted by five Hispanic men with steel-toed boots – likely illegal aliens ... 'They kicked me in the head, they kicked me all over the body.,' adding he bled from his left ear.... He and Compean began prison sentences last month, of 11 and 12 years respectively, for their actions in the shooting [in the buttocks] and wounding of a Mexican drug smuggler who was granted full immunity to testify against them. The case has caused national outrage.... [His wife] said, 'He hasn't even gotten the mail that everybody has been sending him.'" See Trading U.S. Rights for UN Rules

Presidential Frontrunners Would Surrender America's Borders: "Not one of the presidential frontrunners from either party would protect our borders against illegal immigration. ... Notable exceptions include Duncan Hunter, Ron Paul, and Tom Tancredo." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Social Security Agreement With Mexico Released: "...the Social Security Administration (SSA) has released the first known public copy of the U.S.-Mexico Social Security Totalization Agreement..... [It] could allow millions of illegal Mexican workers to draw billions of dollars from the U.S. Social Security Trust Fund.... Once President Bush approves the agreement, which would be done without Congressional vote, either House of Congress would have 60 days to disapprove the agreement by voting to reject it. ... Social Security is within decades of bankruptcy -- yet, they seem to have no problem making agreements that hasten its demise.'" See Council on Foreign Relations

Premeditated merger: "...confirmation surfaced that the U.S. government is indeed planning on providing full Social Security benefits to Mexicans – which critics predict will bankrupt the already-shaky system. And a report by the powerful Council on Foreign Relations, regarded by many as something of a 'shadow government,' has called for a massive transfer of wealth from the U.S. to Mexico....

"'For any American to think that it is acceptable for the president of the United States and … our government, to proceed without the approval of Congress or a dialogue and a debate and a public voice from the people of this country is absolutely unconscionable.… What they're doing is creating a brave new world, an Orwellian world...." See The emerging New World Order

Cheating Americans With 'Virtual' Laws: "Within hours of the news that 261 illegals had been removed from the Swift plant in Greeley, Colorado, American citizens lined up to fill the vacated jobs. The county employment agency received 230 job applications.... That blows the argument for the need of a guest-worker program to fill unpleasant jobs that Americans allegedly don't want to do....

"In response to complaints about the dislocations caused by the action against Swift & Co., ICE Chairman Julie Myers explained that most of the arrests involved identity theft in addition to illegal employment. Many of those arrested were working under Social Security numbers they had stolen from real Americans...

"[Yet] the government has given up on plans to implement a system to track the entry and exit of foreign visitors.... [T]he Bush Administration has no intention whatsoever of constructing an actual fence on our southern border. ... President Bush starred in a photo-op just before the November election so we could all witness him signing it into law. Now we hear it's all a sham. We hear vague rumbles that we might get a 'virtual' fence, but what we really got is a virtual law." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Repeat: 12 congressmen demand pardon for border agents: "A dozen members of the House of Representatives have written to President Bush demanding an investigation of the case against two Border Patrol agents sentenced to 11 and 12 years in prison for the pursuit and shooting [in the buttocks] of a drug smuggler....  'Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean attempted to apprehend a Mexican drug smuggler who brought 743 pounds of marijuana across the U.S. border last year,' wrote the congressmen. "The two agents were prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the smuggler was granted full immunity to testify against the agents. Both men were convicted by a Texas jury for firing shots at the fleeing smuggler, who, they believed, carried a gun." Mexico and its U.S. partners demand this kind of 'justice.'" See The UN Plan for Global Migration

ACLU Sues Texas Town for Not Renting to Illegals: "Two civil rights groups filed a lawsuit Tuesday challenging a suburb's new law that outlaws renting to illegal immigrants.... 'Immigration enforcement must be left to the federal government, not each local municipality,' said Lisa Graybill, legal director of the ACLU of Texas. " See The emerging New World Order and Federalism

Debut of the 'amero': "The People's Republic of China, long lauded by America's enemies as the world's next economic power, will be the country that will force the creation of the `North American Union' (NAU). Kofi Annan's former pointman, Canadian Maurice Strong, has been boasting from Chinese soil that China soon would be replacing America as economic king....

"The cloak of the NAU, fashioned in secrecy, will be thrown over an unsuspecting public, erasing the borders of three countries.... One of the signs that the NAU is on its way is the collapse of the American greenback dollar paving the way for the debut of the 'amero'.

“'Two analysts who have reconstructed money supply data after the Fed stopped publishing it argue a coming dollar collapse will set the stage for creating the amero as a North American currency to replace the dollar,” (WND, 12-13-06)...

'“People in the U.S. are going to be hit hard,' says Bob Chapman publisher of The International Forecaster newsletter. 'In the severe recession we are entering now, Bush will argue that we have to form a North American Union to compete with the Euro.'”

Calderón faces a test of the limits of democracy in Mexico: "Can a government claim to govern when criminals terrorize its citizens and drug traffickers get their way by buying or killing police officers, soldiers and judges? Calderón has pledged to make the country safer, but so far only security companies are profiting." See The emerging New World Order

Meet NAFTA 2.0: "The leaders organized the CEOs into a formal advisory body, the North American Competitiveness Council. In June, they met in Washington, with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, Mexican Economy Minister Sergio Garcia de Alba, and Canada's Industry Minister Maxime Bernier, who asked for help in solving the 'bottlenecks' created by laws and regulations.

'The guidance from the ministers was, 'tell us what we need to do and we'll make it happen,' recalls Covais, who chairs the U.S. section of the council, which includes 10 CEOs of big companies like Wal-Mart, General Motors and Merck.....

"This is how the future of North America now promises to be written: not in a sweeping trade agreement on which elections will turn, but by the accretion of hundreds of incremental changes implemented by executive agencies, bureaucracies and regulators. 'We've decided not to recommend any things that would require legislative changes, says Covais. 'Because we won't get anywhere.'" See The emerging New World Order and remember the quote above

Protesters torch cars, buildings in Oaxaca: "Mexico (AP) - Leftist protesters trying to force out the Oaxaca state governor set fire to another building Sunday after a night of torching government offices and vehicles in running street battles with police that injured at least 43 people. The violence broke out late Saturday after masked youths broke away from a protest march by about 4,000 people and began attacking police and buildings in picturesque Oaxaca city. The youths hurled rocks, fireworks and gasoline bombs...." See Bloody Utopian Dreams, Part I: Hammer and Sickle. See the next link:

The North American Union (Scroll down to title): "The stated goals in the agreement were brief and vague: 'a common approach' to 'North American emergency management'... 'collaboration' ... .a border strategy that results in the fast, efficient and secure movement of low-risk trade and travelers to and within North America'; ...See anything sinister there?

"Well, the government surely doesn’t want you to. It has created a website (www.spp.gov) that you can check out for yourself. The site is rudimentary, and if you visit, you will find only an extolling of the virtues of the SPP.... But here’s a nagging question: If this is such an innocent and above-board effort, how come it’s proceeding in virtual secrecy? Tucked away inside the Commerce Department, the SPP has been working hard for 18 months on... what, exactly? And who exactly is doing the work?...

"To date, all we have is a statement from Geri Word, who heads the SPP office, and who responded that, 'We did not want to get the contact people of the working groups distracted by calls from the public.' Now there’s an alarm bell ringer if we’ve ever heard one....

"Jerome Corsi, who FOIA’d 1,000 pages of SPP documents, states flatly that what we have is a new bureaucracy that 'is far advanced in putting together a new regional infrastructure, creating a 'shadow' trilateral bureaucracy... without congressional oversight or public disclosure.'... Will there be foreign inland “ports” on U.S. soil? And has the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), as some contend, provided us with a blueprint of things to come in its 2005 paper, Building a North American Community?” See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Superhighway about North American Union: "Rep. Ron Paul... today denounced plans for the proposed 'NAFTA superhighway' in his state as part of a larger plot for merger of the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a North American Union.... 'What you may not know is the extent to which plans for such a superhighway are moving forward without congressional oversight or media attention."

Former Soviet Dissident Warns For EU Dictatorship: "Vladimir Bukovksy... fears that the European Union is on its way to becoming another Soviet Union....Mr Bukovsky called the EU a 'monster' that must be destroyed, the sooner the better, before it develops into a fullfledged totalitarian state....

"As a young man [Bukovksy] exposed the use of psychiatric imprisonment against political prisoners in the former USSR and spent a total of twelve years... in Soviet jails, labour camps and psychiatric institutions....

"The European Parliament is elected on the basis of proportional representation, which is not true representation. And what does it vote on? The percentage of fat in yoghurt, that kind of thing. It is ridiculous. It is given the task of the Supreme Soviet. The average MP can speak for six minutes per year in the Chamber. That is not a real parliament."

October 2006

London, Dublin to curb migration: "Britain and Ireland, both already hit by tides of hundreds of thousands of migrant workers from eight former communist countries who joined the European Union two years ago, yesterday announced restrictions aimed at stemming a similar influx when Bulgaria and Romania become members of the European Union in January. ... British Prime Minister Tony Blair's government confidently predicted about 13,000 migrant workers would land here each year. Instead, some 600,000 immigrants arrived by early this year -- an unexpected influx that Mr. Reid said had helped trigger overcrowding in housing and put pressure on the nation's health service and its schools."

Regional Union in Asia. International Leaders Propose Asian Union: "Asian political leaders on Sunday proposed creating a community called 'Asian Union' in a concluding statement at the fourth general assembly of the International Conference for Asian Political Parties (ICAPP). Four hundred representatives from 90 political parties in 36 Asian countries adopted the Seoul Declaration from the three-day conference ....Parties included the Bangladesh Awami League, Indian National Congress, Chinese Communist Party, United Russia Party, Thai Rak Thai Party, the National Peoples Coalition of the Philippines, United Malays National Organization of Malaysia, and the Vietnamese Communist Party."

'Shadow' agency to issue N. American border passes Mexico, Canada to join U.S. department, government documents show: "The Department of Transportation, acting through a Security and Prosperity Partnership [SPP] 'working group,' is preparing in 2007 to issue North American biometric border passes to Mexican, Canadian, and U.S. 'trusted travelers' ... under a Freedom of Information Act request. ... 'SPP has in effect created a fully-functioning trilateral Department of Transportation which will dictate policy to Mary Peters as soon as she is confirmed to replace Norm Mineta as U.S. secretary of Transportation."

[UK] Talking rubbish: "...our national policies decided is now being handed over to a mysterious new form of government [European Union] which bears no relation to parliamentary democracy. Far too many of the policies and laws it produces turn out to be horribly expensive, hopelessly misconceived and don't work. What is more... there is absolutely nothing we can do about it, because it is a system which is wholly unaccountable....

"Just consider some of the other areas of national policy we have handed over to this mysterious system.... The way we run our competition rules, our immigration rules, our overseas trade, our food safety, our road safety, the regulation of our aviation and shipping, most of our laws on terrorism.... And almost the first rule of politics these days... is that we mustn't talk about it." See The emerging New World Order

Beheadings add gruesome twist to Mexico drugs war: "At least 25 people have been decapitated to date this year in Mexico as turf wars among drugs cartels take a gruesome new turn.... President-elect Felipe Calderón, who himself hails from Michoacan, recently admitted that violence has escalated out of the control of the authorities in several states and in Mexico City. That is only to state the glaringly obvious, said Lorenzo Meyer, a historian at the respected Colegio de México. The outgoing administration of President Vicente Fox 'has singularly failed to fulfil the basic responsibility of any government: ensuring the security of its citizens...".

"Like the Middle Eastern terrorists whose tactics they appear to have imitated, the drugs gangs use the beheadings as a publicity tool, Dr Meyer said." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

'trusted travelers' ... under a Freedom of Information Act request. ... Documents disclose 'shadow government': "Government documents released by a Freedom of Information Act request reveal the Bush administration is running a 'shadow government' with Mexico and Canada in which the U.S. is crafting a broad range of policy in conjunction with its neighbors to the north and south, ....Among the documents is an organizational chart accompanied by a listing of trilateral Mexican, Canadian and U.S. administrative officers who report on multiple cabinet level 'working groups.'"

Cross-border drug tunnel found: "At least 39 tunnels along the U.S.-Mexico border have been discovered by authorities since the September 11 attacks.... A bipartisan group of U.S. senators has asked the Mexican government to enact legislation to criminalize the construction or financing of border tunnels between the United States and Mexico. ...they were concerned tunnels could also be used to smuggle weapons and terrorists into the United States."

North American merger topic of secret confab: "Raising more suspicions about plans for the future integration of the U.S., Canada and Mexico, a high-level, top-secret meeting of the North American Forum took place this month in Banff.... While the conference took place a week ago, only now are documents about participants and agenda items leaking out.

"...'confirmed' participants including Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, former Secretary of State George Shultz, former [CIA] Director R. James Woolsey... North American Union guru Robert Pastor... and top officials of both Mexico and Canada...."

Meet Robert Pastor: Father of the North American Union: "Robert Pastor intends to give away U.S. sovereignty to a newly forming North American Union exactly as he gave away the Panama Canal to Panama during Jimmy Carter’s presidency.... If the North American Union comes into existence as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) asserts, then we all better get prepared for a new hero. Robert Pastor is the person most likely to be proclaimed the father of the North American Union, a designation consistent with his decades-long history of viewing U.S. national interests through the lens of an extreme leftist almost anti-American political philosophy."

North American Union Is No Conspiracy: "...the Bush administration is quietly creating the trilateral structure in administrative law of the NAU. The key action is going on within the executive branch in SPP.gov working groups. The goal seems to be to make the NAU a fait accompli without having to present the proposition first to the American public or the U.S. Congress for debate and approval....

"....the CFR May 2005 report called for the immediate creation of a 'North American Advisory Council'... composed of 'eminent persons from outside government....

"Increasingly gone is the dream that NAFTA would stimulate the development of a Mexican middle class as a means of economically developing Mexico itself. At the dawning of NAFTA, few expected that Chinese slave labor would be allowed to undercut the sweat-shop maquiladoras that developed south of the border in the 1990s.... In the end, the American middle class will pay the tab of increased social costs.... At the same time, the squeeze on middle class employment opportunities will intensify as NAFTA super-highways and U.S. 'inland port' cities replete with Mexican custom facilities encourage yet more outsourcing to China."  How NAFTA superhighway is built under radar screen: "Ask some members of Congress about plans to build a 'NAFTA superhighway' connecting Mexico and Canada via the U.S. and you might hear snickers. Some officials will tell you they have seen no 'earmarks' for such a plan and question whether it even exists. But the plan does exist and the NAFTA superhighway is being built – under the radar screen. One need look no further than the $286 billion highway bill signed into law earlier this month by President Bush for some of the 'earmarks.'" See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Mexican flag flies at U.S. post office: "Backers of illegal immigration at a rally near Los Angeles took down an American flag at a U.S. post office, stamped on it and replaced it with a Mexican flag as police looked on, according to witnesses and a video of the event. Police officers in Maywood, Calif., Saturday eventually came to the pole to remove the flag but had bottles and rocks thrown at them." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Border Patrol agents' conviction riles union chief: "Two U.S. Border Patrol agents facing 20 years in prison for shooting in the buttocks a drug-smuggling suspect should get a new trial because they are 'victims of prosecutorial misconduct.'... NBPC President T.J. Bonner said exonerating evidence was withheld during the March trial of Senior Agents Ignacio 'Nacho' Ramos and Jose A. Compean, whose sentencing is set for Tuesday, adding that the agents followed long-established Border Patrol policies in the incident.

"...the suspect fled into Mexico after the shooting but later was given immunity on drug-smuggling charges to testify against the agents. 'This thing stinks to high heaven,' Mr. Bonner said. 'I am outraged and at a loss to explain why there were so many irregularities in this case. The only thing that is clear is that the prosecutors pointed their guns at the wrong guys, the good guys, and they let the bad guy walk. Now they want to send these agents to prison for doing their job." See The UN Plan for Global Migration and the next link, which helps explain why this is happening.

Toward a North American Union: "The global elite, through the direct operations of President George Bush and his Administration, are creating a North American Union that will combine Canada, Mexico and the U.S. into a superstate called the North American Union (NAU). The NAU is roughly patterned after the European Union (EU)....

"The election of George W. Bush in 2000 should be no surprise. Although Bush was not a member of the Trilateral Commission, his vice-president Dick Cheney is....

"Richard Gardner was an original member of the Trilateral Commission, and one of the prominent architects of the New International Economic Order. In 1974, his article 'The Hard Road to World Order' appeared in Foreign Affairs magazine, published by the Council on Foreign Relations. With obvious disdain for anyone holding nationalistic political views, Gardner proclaimed, '...an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.'

"In Gardner's view, using treaties and trade agreements (such as General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs or GATT) would bind and supercede constitutional law piece by piece, which is exactly what has happened. In addition, Gardner highly esteemed the role of the United Nations as a third-party legal body that could be used to erode the national sovereignty of individual nations."

A new role for the undermanned Border Patrol: "Border Patrol units were pulled from other regions to protect the Guard units -- leaving their own areas short-handed. The agents, who refer to the assignment as 'the nanny patrol,' said most of the Guard troops are not allowed to carry loaded weapons, despite a significant increase in border violence directed at Border Patrol agents and other law-enforcement personnel over the past year." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Shipping-corridor deal cuts heart out of heartland: "Even though public schools stopped teaching geography a couple of decades ago, most Americans are surprised to learn that Kansas City... is a port. We are also surprised, and shocked, to discover that Mexico will be running its own inspection facility there. The plan, shrouded in secrecy, has been in the works for at least three years.... As laid out on SmartPort's Web site, the plan is to enable products made in China to travel in sealed 'containers nonstop from the Far East by way of Mexico,' through 'a ships-to-rail terminal at the port of Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico, ' then up 'the evolving trade corridor' to Kansas City, Mo., where they would have their first inspection. ... A key purpose of the project is to take jobs away from U.S. longshoremen... who earn $140,000 a year, and replace them with Mexican laborers at $10,000 a year." See The emerging New World Order

Denmark seeks EU help on Swedish student influx: "Denmark wants a change to EU rules on open universities after it emerged that one third of students accepted in Danish medical faculties this year are Swedish. ... 'It is clearly a problem that so many places are taken by the Swedish when we need them in Denmark,' said science minister Helge Sander.... In Belgium, French students in particular come to Belgium to take advantage of cheaper education..." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Meet Robert Pastor: Father of the North American Union: "Robert Pastor intends to give away U.S. sovereignty to a newly forming North American Union exactly as he gave away the Panama Canal to Panama during Jimmy Carter’s presidency....  Dr. Pastor’s early professional career involved a working association with the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS). Here he participated on the Ad Hoc Working Group on Latin America, which produced a 1977 report, 'The Southern Connection: Recommendations for a New Approach to Inter-American Relations,' arguing for the U.S. to abandon our anti-communist allies in Latin America in favor of supporting 'ideological pluralism,' a code word for the revolutionary socialist forces taking hold in Latin America, including the communist Sandanistas....

"Dr. Pastor was the co-chair of the May 2005 CFR report, 'Building a North American Community,' argued that the Security and Prosperity Partnership signed by President Bush with Mexico and Canada on March 23, 2005 should become by 2010 a 'North American economic and security community, the boundaries of which would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter.'... The 'outer security perimeter' referred specifically to the border around Canada, the U.S., and Mexico -- such that the borders between these countries would be virtually erased.... Instead of stopping North Americans on the borders, we ought to provide them with a secure, biometric Border Pass that would ease transit across the border like an E-Z pass permits our cars to speed through toll booths." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

Red China Opens NAFTA Ports in Mexico: "The Port Authority of San Antonio has been working actively with the Communist Chinese to open and develop NAFTA shipping ports in Mexico. The plan is to ship containers of cheap goods produced by under-market labor in China and the Far East into North America via Mexican ports. From the Mexican ports, Mexican truck drivers and railroad workers will transport the goods across the Mexican border with Texas. Once in the U.S., the routes will proceed north to Kansas City along the NAFTA Super-Highway." See The UN Plan for Global Migration and the next link:

Calderon blasts plan for wall along U.S.-Mexico border: "Felipe Calderon on Friday took sides in the battle over immigration, blasting a U.S. congressional plan to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border while endorsing a U.S. Senate proposal that would offer a route to legal citizenship for millions of undocumented Mexicans living in the United States. 'The solution for migration is not to build walls,' he said." See The UN Plan for Global Migration

U.S. firefighters in Mexico as American West burns: "Despite raging wildfires across the American Southwest in recent weeks, the state of California sent more than four dozen firefighters 300 miles south of the U.S. border to battle blazes in Mexico."

US divided by superhighway plan: "A massive road four football fields wide and running from Mexico to Canada through the heartland of the United States is being proposed amid controversy over security and the damage to the environment.... Rail tracks and pipelines for oil and natural gas would run alongside the road." See The Globalization Strategy

North American Union Would Trump U.S. Supreme Court: "The Bush Administration is pushing to create a North American Union.... A key part of the plan is to expand the NAFTA tribunals into a North American Union court system that would have supremacy over all U.S. law, even over the U.S. Supreme Court, in any matter related to the trilateral political and economic integration of the United States, Canada and Mexico....

"NAFTA establishes a tribunal that conducts a behind closed-doors 'trial' to decide the case according to the legal principals established by either the World Bank’s International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes or the UN’s Commission for International Trade Law. ... U.S. laws can be effectively overturned and the NAFTA Chapter 11 tribunal can impose millions or billions of dollars in fines on the U.S. government, to be paid ultimately by the U.S. taxpayer." Bush Offers Free Trade Pact Assurances to Colombia's Uribe: "President Bush reassured Colombian President Alvaro Uribe on Wednesday that the United States would work quickly to sort out remaining details of a free trade pact it signed with the South American nation in February....

U.S. Immigration Officers Arrest 2,100 Illegal Immigrants: "The operation has caught more than 140 immigrants with convictions for sexual offenses against children; 367 known gang members, including street soldiers in the deadly Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13; and about 640 people who had already been deported once.... The numbers include more than 720 arrests in California alone....

"Another man caught in the recent blitz was a Salvadoran gang member who was convicted in a stabbing that left a 13-year-old boy paralyzed. Agents caught him working at Budget Rental Car at Boston's Logan Airport."

Internationalizing U.S. Roads: "Imagine this: your state government puts a transportation corridor in your neighborhood. It’s nearly a quarter-mile wide. It will serve vehicles and trains and incorporate oil, gas, electric and water lines. Try to fight it and you’ll not only face the combined might of your local, state, and federal governments, but foreign interests as well. The internationalization of U.S. roads has begun....

"We’re talking about networks of toll roads that may be built by foreign builders, managed by foreign operators, function primarily to accommodate foreign goods, and connect U.S. roads to similar networks in Canada, Mexico and, later, Central and South America. ...

"In Texas, I-69 will be part of the Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC) project – a 4000 mile network of existing and new toll roads – which will create the largest private highway system in America. Interstate 35, also called the Oklahoma to Mexico/Gulf Coast element, will be developed as part of the TTC. Plans call for the TTC to be 1200 feet wide with 10 vehicle lanes... two tracks for high-speed passenger rail, two for commuter rail and two for freight....

"Another NAFTA mandate... authorizes Mexican trucks to transport international cargo throughout the U.S.; it also allows the establishment of Mexican trucking enterprises in the U.S. and permits Mexican bus services throughout the U.S."

Cries From the Border: "Ms. Maharis wanted residents to speak for themselves in describing home break-ins, vandalism, horrible traffic accidents and more. One scene shows flowers at a roadside in nearby Sierra Vista, a memorial to five people killed in an October 2004 wreck. Two smugglers fleeing the cops at 90 miles an hour with 19 illegals in their pickup sailed over a median and rammed cars at a stoplight.....'As she prepared to submit 'Cries' for an Academy Award nomination, a viewer told her it was too political. Bordering on fraud, part III (Thomas Sowell): "Under affirmative action, combined with amnesty, [illegals] would have preferences in jobs and other benefits. Those who set up their own businesses would be entitled to preferences in getting government contracts. Their children would be able to get into college ahead of the children of American citizens with better academic qualifications. ... [I]f an illegal alien gets stopped for going through a red light and the police discovers that he is in the country illegally, in many communities the cop is forbidden to arrest him.... Under a provision recently passed by the Senate, illegal aliens who forged Social Security cards not only get a pass, they get to collect Social Security benefits. ... "We have seen what havoc such notions and practices have created after mass immigration under 'guest worker' programs in Europe, especially after the Muslim riots in France...."

This legalized lawlessness and chaos is merely part of the needed "crisis" planned long ago in order to persuade the masses to go along with the planned surveillance, control, and borderless planet that's part of George Bush's New World Order." See Chart: Total transformation, The Globalization Strategy & Using dissatisfaction (crisis) to produce social change & The Revolutionary Roots of the UN

100 Million More Immigrants in 20 Years? "The immigration reform bill now under congressional consideration would grant amnesty to some 10 million illegal immigrants.... CIRA creates a new 'temporary guest-worker' program that is, in fact, anything but temporary.... In the first year, CIRA would allow 325,000 people to enter the United States under the guest-worker program, but the number could rise each year after that....Guest workers could bring their spouses and children to the United States as permanent residents, adding another 24 million immigrants over 20 years....

"Although illegal immigration is considered a major problem, the proposed legal immigration under CIRA would dwarf it numerically.... CIRA would transform the United States socially, economically and politically. Within two decades, the character of the nation would differ dramatically from what exists today." See The Globalization Strategy: America and Europe in the Crucible

Bordering on fraud: "The immigration bill before Congress has some of the most serious consequences for the future of this country. Yet it is not being discussed seriously by most politicians or most of the media. Instead, it is being discussed in a series of glib talking points that insult our intelligence. Some of the most momentous consequences -- a major increase in the number of immigrants admitted legally -- are not even being discussed at all by those who wrote the Senate bill....

"But let's do what the spinmeisters hope we will never do -- stop and think. Amnesty is overlooking ('forgetting,' as in amnesia) the violation of the law committed by those who have crossed our borders illegally. The fact that there are requirements for getting American citizenship is a separate issue entirely. Illegal aliens who do not choose to seek American citizenship are under no more jeopardy than before. They have de facto amnesty. ...

"There is probably no category of law-breakers -- from counterfeiters to burglars or from jay-walkers to murderers -- who can all be found and arrested. But no one suggests that we must therefore make what they have done legal." See From Regional Mergers to Global Tyranny

9/11, the Pentagon, and our borders: "When Sept. 11 hijackers Hani Hanjour and Khalid Almihdhar needed help getting fraudulent government-issued photo IDs before embarking on their suicide mission, they hopped into a van and headed to the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store in Falls Church, Va. That's where scores of illegal alien day laborers ply bogus identity documents to other illegal aliens from around the world.... The parking lot is still to this day often filled with 'undocumented' day laborers whom President Bush never fails to extol for doing the jobs Americans won't do (or 'aren't doing,' as he now hedges).... Nearly five years later, illegal alien day laborers like the ones who unwittingly assisted the 9/11 hijackers have virtually no fear of being arrested. Instead, they await their new 'temporary' guest worker cards and eventual American citizenship in a land that has lost its memory. And its mind."

Brussels defies states to create EU-wide sentence: "Britain and other governments have guarded their control over criminal law, insisting that they must retain the sole right to determine how their law-breaking citizens are punished....  However, under EU law the anti-piracy legislation will be decided by qualified majority voting, meaning that if Britain is outvoted it will have to introduce the penalties into national law, even though it opposes them." United States of North America: "...the United States of North America (USNA) — would be a forced three-way marriage of wildly incompatible cultures and political systems.... President Bush, too, said that the talks in Cancun often centered on 'migration,' tacitly endorsing the same subversive assumption that the border between the U.S. and Mexico is as inconsequential as that dividing Utah from Nevada. ...

"Mexico is ruled by a political establishment intimately connected to that nation's narco-terrorist syndicates. A 2004 United Press International investigative report into the estimated 3,000 kidnappings in Mexico each year noted: 'Mexico has a history of complicity between law enforcement and actual kidnappers.'...

"Following his election in 2000, Mexican president Vicente Fox told an audience in California that his government would 'use all our persuasion and all our talent to bring together the U.S., Canadian and Mexican governments so that in five or ten years, the border is totally open to the free movement of workers.' Fox was similarly candid in a 2002 address to an audience in Madrid: 'Eventually, our long-range objective is to establish with the United States, but also with Canada, our other regional partner, an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union.'" Criminals behead 2 in drug war: "The drug war in the southern Mexican states of Guerrero and Michoacan took a gruesome turn Thursday with the discovery of the head of a police commander who had resigned his post just days earlier in the face of death threats. 'So that you learn to respect,' read a message scrawled on a red sheet....

"More than 140 people, including many police officers and commanders, have been killed in the western states of Guerrero and Michoacan this year as the so-called Sinaloa and Gulf cartels struggle for control of methamphetamine production, street drug sales, cocaine shipping points and other elements of a lucrative trade in illicit drugs." Fox urges U.S., Canada to accept guest workers: "Mexican officials have been critical of the House bill, particularly an amendment that calls for building nearly 700 miles of fence along the border. The Bush administration supported the House bill, but Mr. Bush told CNN Espanol yesterday that fencing off the border is 'impractical.' ... He also said he has told Mr. Fox that Mexico must work to secure its own southern border, through which hundreds of thousands pass illegally on their way to the United States."
