had just recently visited Washington DC to review Obama’s new health care
plan for advanced neurosurgical care for patients over 70 years old, issued
by HHS. The plan, that included 'ethics panels', stated that if your were
over 70 years old and on government supported healthcare and you visited
an emergency room, you get 'comfort care.'"

Program: "The number
of people seeking benefits had soared. Doctors had to work faster.... Instead
of earning $90 an hour... they would receive about $80 per case—a pay cut for
many cases which can take 60 to 90 minutes to review.... Most notably, it no
longer mattered if doctors strayed far from their areas of expertise...Several
doctors said medical opinions were now prone to inaccuracy...
"..an eye
doctor was assigned back-pain cases... A dermatologist reviewed the files of
someone who had a stroke. A gastroenterologist reviewed the case of someone
with partial deafness....'People who shouldn't be getting [disability] are getting
it, and people who should be getting it aren't getting it,' said Neil Novin,
former chief of surgery. ...he was pressured by a supervisor to change his medical

misleading' policy of having to declare donors dead before their organs can
be extracted for transplant, and adopt a more honest policy that acknowledges
some patients may still be technically alive.“ [NOTE: China has been doing this
for years. They get blood types and harvest organs before killing them. They
often schedule the executions to match current need for organs.]
Obamacare Declares War on Doctors:
"The cuts will effectively reduce the real pay for specialists by 50% over the
next ten years — including a 25% reduction over the next three years — and cut
general practitioners’ pay by one-third over ten years (and that assumes that
inflation stays down at 3% a year)....General practitioners will face a ten
year freeze on their pay, reducing their real compensation by one-third
assuming ongoing low inflation. Higher inflation, of course, would make the
cuts in real pay even more drastic. The consequences of the MPAC decision will
be immediate and drastic:
* Many physicians, and many more
specialists, will refuse to treat Medicare patients....
* More and more medical care will
be turned over to nurses or physician assistants....
* Private health insurers will follow
in the footsteps... and likely slash their fees as well.
* Fewer students will enter medicine,

a new public-private partnership in the healthcare sector.
Initially,

partnership, alongside the supporting U.S. and Chinese Government agencies.

and government capabilities in order to foster long-term cooperation with
China in the areas of research, training, regulation and the adoption of
an environment that will increase accessibility to healthcare services in China...

"New York City today is launching a new program to put a roving Organ Preservation
Unit in the field to harvest kidneys from people who die after going into cardiac
arrest. The move has prompted immediate alarm from critics, who say they are
concerned New York City might be taking the first steps into the organ harvesting
business.... In the United States, organ brokering is strictly illegal."
Unfortunately, many patients
have been "harvested" during cardiac arrest or other near death crises (before
they actually died) in order to "save" the organs sought by others.

file a complaint and get a court-appointed attorney. The attorney contacted
Mayandy's sister, Malika Arumugan, but the 'consent board' determined she did

from 'all parties,' ruled that Brampton Hospital could remove Mayandy's feeding
tube and other modes of life-support....

Are Overdue Reports Concealing ObamaCare
Impact On Medicare? "Every
year, the Annual Report of the Social Security Board of Trustees comes out between
mid-April and mid-May. Now it's July, and there's no sign of this year's report....
The Congressional Budget Office reported last week in its Long Term Budget Outlook
that Social Security was already running a deficit this year.... What the administration
is trying to hide are sweeping draconian cuts to Medicare resulting from
the ObamaCare legislation, which the annual report will document."
