'If it were necessary to bring about diversity and attention to public matters, a private right of access to the media might even be constitutionally compelled....

And what is considered a 'falsehood,' and who determines what falls into this category? ... Would information representing a Public official (Say, maybe a Czar) in bad lighting be considered a falsehood? Sunstein has claimed the notion that Barack Obama ‘paled around with terrorists’ is a lie, despite the documented connection between Bill Ayers and the President. The term 'falsehood' could easily be used as a tool to silence politically inconvenient reports.
       "So, would his evaluation of what determines a 'falsehood' be directed at limiting the choices or opinions on the internet? Most assuredly. It does not take a conspiratorial mind to think the man appointed with creating regulations and implementing new regulations would be a supporter of more regulations. Press focuses on Shepard death, ignores homosexuals' brutal murder of boy: "As the 10th anniversary of 13-year-old Jesse Dirkhising's tragic murder and rape by two homosexuals approaches, the young boy remains victim of a second burial – by the American media.....'The Laramie Project – 10 Years Later' will debut in more than 100 theaters in all 50 states and seven countries Oct. 12, the 11th anniversary of Shepard's death, in an effort to raise awareness about 'hate crimes.' ...But, even on the anniversary of his death, another boy's horrific murder continues to be largely ignored."

60,000 pray in Times Square! "Event organizers from Time Square Church had expected some 15,000. But their expectations were far exceeded.... Despite the magnitude of the event, no major media covered it – even in the center of the media world on a slow news day."

Heading for State-Regulated Press? "President Obama indicated he would support federal aid to stop the death of newspapers – but critics warn a bill in Congress could mean strict regulation of political content and IRS scrutiny of newspapers that step out of line.

Obama May Consider Nonprofit Status for Newspapers: "Would all newspapers — or only politically-favored ones — get secure tax-free status? ...
