Indoctrinating Children with False Worship
THE NONEXISTENT, EVIL CHICK CALLED EASTER:
“Easter” ...makes many people think of a variety of joyous images such as springtime, sunshine, blooming flowers, pretty dresses and bonnets, colored eggs.... It shows us the path to becoming born into the actual Family of God, as the Bible indicates many sons and daughters will be brought to glory as the immortal “children of God.”...
But brace yourself, because there’s a very dark side to this centuries-old tradition, and it has to do with the famous Ten Commandments of God. The very first commandment of the Big Ten is perhaps one of the most overlooked in everyday life. In just eight words, it states: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” (Exodus 20:3) ...Christians would never put another god in front of the true God who made the universe – right?...
The word Easter is actually the name of an ancient, heathen goddess who represents fertility, springtime and the dawn. The word Easter is actually the name of an ancient, heathen goddess who represents fertility.... Some of her symbols are flowers, bunnies, eggs, the sun and the moon.
...take a look at what Scripture itself has to say. ...see what God is really telling you: “And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth (Easter).” (Judges 2:13) “And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth (Easter)” (Judges 10:6)
“And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, "If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth (Easter) from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.” (1 Samuel 7:3) “And they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth (Easter)” (1 Samuel 12:10)
“For Solomon went after Ashtoreth (Easter) the goddess of the Zidonians” (1 Kings 11:5) “And the high places that were before Jerusalem, which were on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth (Easter) the abomination of the Zidonians …” (2 Kings 23:13)
While Easter may sound like a pretty word, just look again in that list above at some of the terms God associates with Easter and her customs: “corruption,” “sin,” “abomination” and “evil.” Enough with the name of Easter, the coloring of eggs, the Easter egg hunts, baby bunnies and fluffy little chicks. ...
The maker of all things, Jesus Christ, is offering all of us a spectacular, glorious future as an immortal child of God who will be judging angels and the citizens of the world, reigning alongside Him for eternity.
School lesson portrays Obama as messiah: "Olson described the lesson as a 'mythical interpretation of Obama' and noted it calls 'for students as young as third grade to read Grimes’ book and do a number of activities, including making a collage of Obama.'" See "Sing for Change" and "Yes, We Can"
Move over golden calf, children have started praying to Obama: "If you thought that Barack Obama was just a mortal man elected to a temporary position in office, you thought wrong. According to this video, he’s much, much, more than that. He is a divine instrument, replete with God-given 'special powers.'
"...this was posted to Youtube by the boy’s mother, where it was billed as 'A Prayer for Barack Obama.' The problem is that the child here isn’t praying for the President, he’s praying to him..."
College credits for helping Obama campaign? "A Colorado public university may have violated the law by offering students course credits for volunteering to help with President Obama's re-election."
People worship Obama as if he were God: Most of it is interesting, but some images are disturbing.
High school students' video inviting Obama to Martin County draws parents' ire: "...about 2,000 students were basically a captive audience, taken from their homerooms to the football field last week, to shoot the video request to the White House by the school’s Junior Achievement Program. " ...the students didn’t have a choice to participate in the video nor had parents been notified — through notes or on the school Web site. 'It’s almost like they were trying to circumvent the parents,' said Diana Blackard, whose daughter is a sophomore. 'You can hear it on the video... that says ‘Everyone move in closer, move in closer,’ and ‘We’ve got to hear everyone shout 'Yes we can, Yes we can.' That’s a political slogan.” SeeUnholy gods

Sting: Obama is 'sent from God': "British recording artist Sting says President Obama could be the answer to the world's problems – the divine answer. 'In many ways, he's sent from God, because the world's a mess,' he said. ....Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan also was clear in a nearly religious adoration of Obama. ...Farrakhan declared last year that when Obama talks, 'the Messiah is absolutely speaking.'" Singing Heil Obama in New Jersey: "We now know that the 'I pledge' video shown in Utah in August, and only afterward discovered by parents, was not isolated evidence of indoctrination of public schoolchildren in the new cult of Obama-worship. Second-graders in New Jersey were taught to sing songs of praise and fidelity to Barack Obama in February and again in June, and parents only found out about it this September. ...
"Before Obama's election, it was considered a political no-no for Republicans to use his middle name. Beginning with his inauguration in January, he and his followers use Hussein to glorify his Muslim heritage and connections....
"Proving that this rewritten Jesus-song wasn't an aberration, New Jersey second-graders were taught to sing a second Obama-personality-cult song to the tune of the Battle Hymn of the Republic.... The teacher also led the children in giving a sort of Heil Obama salute. On cue, they outstretched their right hands, accentuating their community of action in praising Obama."
