RISING POWER OF THE UNITED NATIONS
The roots of the United Nations -- the most visible part of the new global

of the fifteen men who held this vital post up until 1995 (and probably into the

represented the USSR. The one exception was Dragoslav Protitich, a Communist
from Yugoslavia. So when American soldiers fought Communism in Korea and Vietnam
in partnership with the UN, the top UN military leaders were Communists. No
wonder American soldier fought two futile and deadly wars for freedom in those
nations.
How could the
public be so deceived? Part of the answer lies in subtle power of
gradualism -- the incremental steps that function like the proverbial
frog in the pot of slow-heating water. You become so used to gradual change that
you hardly notice the next step.

I'll send the book on Tuesday. You don't need to send me any check. Remember,
you are doing me a favor.
You've probably had many discussions on Common Core, yet we may want to make
that our main focus. I have some information -- in addition to the three
articles I sent‚ (links to) earlier -- which I'll send as soon as we get home.
I would use the book primarily to offer advice to parents. We could do that at
the end.
Those are only suggestions. And if it would be easier for you to wait until the
following week, that would be fine. I'm not in any hurry.
