"An award-winning Texas scientist was given a standing ovation after he advocated the extermination of 90 per cent of the Earth's population by an airborne Ebola virus. The University of Texas evolutionary ecologist, Dr Eric R. Pianka, was addressing the 109th meeting of the Texas Academy of Science... after the academy had named him 2006 Distinguished Texas Scientist....

     "He warned that Earth would not survive unless its human population was reduced to a tenth of its present number.... His preferred method of exterminating over five billion human beings was via airborne Ebola (Ebola Reston)....

     "After he finished his address, the audience burst into applause... a loud, vigorous and enthusiastic applause."[1]

   "Cut the population by 90 percent and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage."[2] Sam Keen.

A Warning

Today, we stand at the brink of a new era. The planned shift from nationalism to regionalism and globalism has opened the door to a rising new world order. Few are prepared for the coming transformation.

Two of the issues that loom on the global horizon are borderless diseases such as Ebola and the need for new habitats for the masses of migrants displaced by war. America will not be immune to the coming changes. Regionalism with its call to open borders may well bring chaos and anguish to our land.

When God's people trust and follow Him, He gives us the needed strength in the midst of trouble. But if we ignore His Word and ways, we open the door to severe consequences.

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
who put darkness for light, and light for darkness....
Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,

"The State of the World" Conference

The first global State of the World Forum was held in San Francisco from September 27 to October 1, 1995. Michail Gorbachev, the former head of Communist Russia, had "gathered nearly 500 political leaders, spiritual leaders, scientists, intellectuals, business executives, artists and youth from 50 nations to begin a process of deliberation on the central question of what priorities, values and actions should guide humanity as it moves into the next phase of development."[3]

These privileged elites stayed at the elegant Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill, but they showed little appreciation for America. Instead, the selected speakers and their enthusiastic audience seemed to see reality from a decidedly globalist perspective. The cultural paradigm expressed in the roundtable discussions, in the plenary speeches, and among the selected youths from several nations left little doubt that this elite gathering -- primarily from Europe and the USA -- shared a common vision for our changing world.

The following statements give us a glimpse some of their goals and values, many of whom view themselves a step higher than the kings and presidents who rule mere nations:

Keynote speaker Zbigniew Brzezinski, former head of the Trilateral Commission (1995): “We cannot leap into world government in one quick step . . . . The precondition for . . . genuine globalization is progressive regionalization, because thereby we move toward larger, more stable, more cooperative units.”[4] (Brzezinski became a foreign policy adviser to Barack Obama in 2008)

Mikhail Gorbachev, discussing a new form of democracy that would rule out Christianity: "...in our discussions here at the forum there was no trace of the futile debate about what is better, capitalism or socialism.... We should seek a synthesis of ideas and values that have proven their viability..." (Christianity and Judaism are not included) [5]

The five days introduced worldwide changes. Over time, borders would fall; human settlements would spread, Christianity would fade, and freedom would end!

Gorbachev and his hand-picked "council of the wise" or "global brain trust" told the assembly of more than 1000 guests and participants that a new set of inclusive universal values must replace the Judeo-Christian world view. The unbiblical "wisdom distilled by all faiths" would determine the values needed to guide the world into the 21st Century. [6] [See The Secret Cabal]

Among the speakers and participants were Gorbachev's co-chair Ted Turner, astronomer Carl Sagan, Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, Carnegie Chairman David Hamburg, and Maurice Strong, the Canadian New Age chief of the UN's 1992 environmental conference in Rio de Janeiro. It also included New Age educator Willis Harman, Esalen co-founder Michael Murphy, and the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation Founder Sonia Gandhi.

My immediate task was to interview these elites. Some were gracious and informative. Others were clearly disturbed by my unwanted questions and preferred not to answer. But by God's grace, I was able to complete my task as a registered reporter for two Christian ministries. In the process, I learned to see our world from an entirely new perspective. Globalization is indeed transforming our planet.

The absence of Christians prompted a member of the press to ask Gorbachev why Western religious leaders were not represented at the conference. Showing his ignorance of Biblical Christianity, the Communist leader answered that "Western religion is represented by many of the leaders of the Forum." I wondered whom he had in mind.

Attempting to answer the question, Brzezinski, former National Security Advisor to President Carter, a member of the CFR (Council of Foreign Relations) and former director of the Trilateral Commission, spoke up. These proud and powerful anti-Christian leaders expressed little concern for ordinary people and the challenges they face. I wasn't surprised. From the beginning of time, humans have schemed, killed and destroyed others in order to gain power, influence and wealth. It's hard to even imagine the planned changes and the potential tyranny ahead. But in the midst of it all, our God reigns!

Nineteen Years Later: The Spread of Ebola, Disease and Death

One the most pressing danger to human lives and freedom today is the rapidly evolving Ebola virus. Thousands of Africans are now dead or dying, but that's just the beginning of this deadly horror! If President Obama and his elite advisors have their way, many of the 3000 American soldier waiting for to be sent to Africa may soon face death as well.

The Gates Foundation and CDC (The government Centers for Disease Control) knew well that this latest manifestation of the Ebola virus would be deadly! Government institutions as well as unscrupulous world leaders have positioned themselves to profit enormously from the spread of the virus and the dissemination of mandatory Ebola vaccines.

Remember Professor Pianka, the man who, like Sam Keen, advocated the elimination of 90 percent of Earth's population.[1 & 2] Their wish may come close to reality. Ponder the following examples of Ebola's lethal progress:

The CDC, NIH & Bill Gates Own the Patents On Existing Ebola & Related Vaccines: "Amazingly, the CDC owns 'the' patent on Ebola and all future strains. The 'SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION' section of the patent document also clearly claims that the U.S. government is claiming 'ownership' over all Ebola viruses that share as little as 70% similarity with the Ebola it “invented”:

"Why would a government organization claim to have 'invented' this infectious disease and then claim a monopoly over its exploitation for commercial use? It is clear that the CDC plans to claim royalties on Ebola vaccines. This certainly increases the likelihood that the vaccines will become mandatory, thus increasing the profit potential for the patent holders....

"Why does the CDC need to own the patent on Ebola?"

US hospitals unprepared to handle Ebola waste: "U.S. hospitals may be unprepared to safely dispose of the infectious waste generated by any Ebola virus disease patient to arrive unannounced in the country.... Waste management companies are refusing to haul away the soiled sheets and virus-spattered protective gear associated with treating the disease, citing federal guidelines that require Ebola-related waste to be handled in special packaging by people with hazardous materials training, infectious disease and biosafety....

"As Emory was treating two U.S. missionaries who were evacuated from West Africa in August, their waste hauler, Stericycle, initially refused to handle it.... Ebola symptoms can include copious amounts of vomiting and diarrhea, and nurses and doctors at Emory donned full hazmat suits to protect themselves. Bags of waste quickly began to pile up." Ebola Virologist: fight against Ebola outbreaks in Sierra Leone and Liberia is already lost: "The killer virus is spreading like wildfire, Liberia’s defense minister said on Tuesday he pleaded for UN assistance.... The situation is getting worse after 80 health workers, doctors and nurses, have died after contracting the disease. The WHO [World Health Organization] even expects thousands of new cases of Ebola in Liberia over the next few weeks."

World Health Organisation says Ebola will claim 20,000 lives in next six months: “'As soon as a new Ebola treatment facility is opened, it immediately fills to overflowing with patients, pointing to a large but previously invisible caseload.... Many thousands of new cases are expected in Liberia over the coming three weeks.'”

U.S. pledges 3,000 troops to fight Ebola; experts say more needed. "The United States has pledged to send 3,000 troops West Africa, using its military muscle to battle the biggest ever outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus, with an unprecedented mission to build treatment clinics and train health workers. ...The death toll from the deadly fever...has doubled in the past month to 2,461, mostly in three countries in West Africa."

Obama Signs Executive Order to Detain Americans With ‘Respiratory Illnesses’: "President Barack Obama has signed an amendment to an executive order that would allow him to mandate the apprehension and detention of Americans who merely show signs of 'respiratory illness.'
"...the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has measures in place for dealing with an outbreak of a communicable disease which allow for the quarantine of 'well persons' who 'do not show symptoms' of the disease.
"...under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, public health authorities and governors would be given expanded police powers to seize control of communications devices, public and private property, as well as a host of other draconian measures in the event of a public health emergency. When the legislation was introduced, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons warned that it 'could turn governors into dictators.'”

The U.S. Is Quietly Establishing Ebola Quarantine Centers: "Most border crossings in Liberia, located in West Africa, have been closed and communities hit by an Ebola outbreak face quarantine to try to halt the spread of the virus. The symptoms include high fever, bleeding and central nervous system damage. Fatality rates can reach 90% and the incubation period is two to 21 days. THERE IS NO VACCINE OR CURE."

This stern warning comes a week after the organization warned that the disease is ‘out of control....

"An analysis published this week noted that over 6,000 travelers fly from Nigeria to the U.S. every week.... Thousands more of these potentially Ebola-infected persons are being allowed to fly from Nigeria to the U.K., Canada, France, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and China....

Why does the CDC own a patent on Ebola 'invention?' "The U.S. Centers for Disease Control owns a patent on a particular strain of Ebola known as 'EboBun.'... The patent summary says, 'The invention provides the isolated human Ebola (hEbola) viruses denoted as Bundibugyo (EboBun) deposited with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention... on November 26, 2007.'"

4. Final Words: Back to 1995

As the five-day "The State of the World" conference came to an end, the publisher of Earth Vision magazine shared with me her disappointment over the hypocrisy she had sensed. 'I don't believe they really care all that much about the poor,' she said. 'An evening meal here costs over $120 per person, yet they talk about equality, justice, and raising consciousness. Why couldn't they have served just one meal of rice? That would have done more to raise our awareness than all their promising words."

Just then, Shirley McLaine walked by, so I asked her what she thought of the conference.

"It was good. It helped raise consciousness," she answered.

"But wouldn't it have been more effective in raising consciousness if one of the meals had just been rice instead of gourmet meat and elegant desserts?" I asked.

She frowned. "People paid a lot of money to come here," she grumbled and walked away.
