"Even more disturbing is the fact that a Vermont court gave the custody of Isabella to Janet Jenkins, a lesbian activist and former sexual partner of Lisa Miller....The lesbian union ended in 2003, with Miller accepting Jesus Christ in her life and renouncing homosexuality....But Jenkins, her former partner and the owner of a daycare, has never renounced her homosexuality or her activism. Even though she has no biological connection with Isabella and had chosen not to include her name as a 'parent' of the girl on the birth certificate, Jenkins, probably under the ideological inspiration of other homosexualists, began a custody fight, having initially been awarded the 'right' to have the girl for visits...

Note: Of course, such generous global protections don't apply to persecuted Christians!
'Buy American': "The rejected ads read: 'December is Buy American Month. Shop Locally. Join Seattle’s TAPamerica.org.'...'We’re not political,' Bloome said. 'We’re just trying to keep the light of liberty alive as the economy spins down, and the only answer I have seen is to buy American.' He added that it was absurd that the county would accept ads for clothing made in China but denied a 'Buy American' ad."

EPA to Increase Tenfold: "The Environmental Agency is planning to double its budget to $21 billion and expand its workforce of 18,000 to 230,000 regulators over the next four years. The Clean Air Act states that any stationary source that emits as little as 100 tons of pollutants per year must get permits from the EPA and state agencies....Currently about 14,000 entities have to get permits. But by regulating CO2 through the Clean Air Act, the number of businesses requiring EPA permits will soar to more than 6 million....
